Black Ops 6 Beta’s Synchronized Progression: No Missed Rewards for MW3 & Warzone

Great news for Modern Warfare 3 and Warzone players, as participating in the Black Ops 6 beta will also contribute towards the Season 5 Battle Pass progression.

With the Battle Passes of Call of Duty offering a return of CoD Points greater than the initial investment, there is a strong motivation to complete them before the start of the next season. If you have yet to complete the Battle Pass for Season 5, you may have been concerned that spending two weekends playing Black Ops 6 would impede your advancement.

Fortunately, Activision has confirmed in the Season 5 Reloaded blog that players will be able to earn Battle Pass XP while participating in the Black Ops 6 Beta. The Early Access Beta will be available from August 30 to September 4, followed by an Open Beta from September 6-9, giving players ample time to test it out before its official release on October 25.

In 2021, the Vanguard beta used to increase the levels of your Cold War and Warzone Battle Pass, but this has changed. Now, the beta for Modern Warfare 3 will give you a one-hour Battle Pass XP Token for each day of play.

Similar to Modern Warfare 3, the pre-season of BO6 may potentially offer the opportunity to level up the MW2 Season 6 Battle Pass. However, it is currently uncertain if this feature will be available.

The completion of MW3 Season 5’s Battle Pass should be relatively simple due to multiple factors. Not only will it automatically level up through participation in the BO6 beta, but players can also take advantage of the Daily Login rewards, which provide three hours of Double Battle Pass XP. Additionally, logging in after Season 5 Reloaded grants players 10 Tier Skips and 10 more BP XP tokens.

A possible solution (although not guaranteed) is to first log into MW3 or Warzone, activate a Battle Pass XP Token, and then switch to the Black Ops 6 beta. While the Double XP Token may still function, I advise against testing it with anything longer than a 15-minute token.

In addition, during the beta, you can anticipate receiving rewards such as Operator skins, Blueprints, and Calling Cards that can be earned. However, the specific list of rewards has not yet been announced.
