After a possible glimpse of the Black Ops 6 firing range through a leak, fans are urging Treyarch to go back to the drawing board and draw inspiration from XDefiant.
While many BO6 leaks have caused excitement about what’s to come, there have also been a few decisions that have caused surprise. Some Warzone fans are concerned that Verdansk will not make a comeback after a recent leak revealed a new battle royale map.
Despite player opinions being divided, Activision has stated that they have no intentions of removing skill-based matchmaking in future titles, even with the inclusion of the controversial “wall hacks”specialty perk.
Tensions reached a boiling point after an image of the Black Ops 6 firing range was leaked, revealing a dimly lit room with limited visibility and a scarcity of weapon details.
IceManIsaac, a content creator for CoD, expressed his disappointment with the firing range, stating that it needs an upgrade. He believes that the majority of players use the firing range daily and are not satisfied with its current state, and that it has been neglected for many years.

IceManIsaac highlighted the informative firing range of XDefiant, which offers information on time-to-kill, accuracy calculations, recoil plot comparison area, a spray chart, and targets positioned at varying ranges and elevations.
XDefiant also offers its players a separate obstacle course to improve their movement skills.

The firing range in Modern Warfare 3, on the other hand, is a compact single room containing test dummies.
“Warzone Loadout expressed disappointment with the firing range, stating, “I had hoped for an improvement, but it seems we will just get a reskin.”
“A second user added that the message being conveyed is that the firing range no longer holds significance, without explicitly stating it.”
Despite the leaked image, it remains uncertain if there are additional rooms within the firing range. Nevertheless, the initial glimpse has left players feeling disappointed and eager for more.
