Call of Duty fans, get ready! The upcoming release of Black Ops 6 is set to introduce highly-anticipated modifications to Mastercrafts that you may have overlooked in the beta.
As we approach November, excitement is palpable among gamers worldwide in anticipation of Black Ops 6. This long-awaited installment promises significant multiplayer transformations, including the revival of classic prestige, and an engaging campaign narrative.
With the launch just around the corner, the open beta phase is already behind us. Nevertheless, there are still key details that even dedicated players may have missed during their extensive playtime.
One significant aspect involves the Aftermarket Parts feature and its absence in the new edition. Additionally, there’s an important update concerning the appearance of purchased weapons from bundles and Mastercrafts.
Treyarch has decided to address a long-standing annoyance in Black Ops 6; specifically, the issue where a purchased Mastercraft would no longer resemble what you initially selected after using create-a-class modifications.
According to the insights shared by WhosImmortal, weapon blueprints marked with the ‘Built-in Mastercraft look’ tag will retain their unique appearance and essential features, irrespective of any attachment adjustments you opt for.
.
On the other hand, blueprints lacking this tag will lose their design attributes when different attachments are applied.
The YouTuber expressed some confusion regarding the decision to focus only on the more rare options while overlooking those frequently available in the store throughout the seasons. “It doesn’t quite make sense,” he remarked. “Why not include the popular ones as well?”
He further noted that past experiences with unappealing attachments have deterred him from purchasing visually appealing blueprints. For now, we can only hope that developers reconsider and extend this feature to a broader range of options.
