Black Ops 6 Modders Cause Omnifovement Glitch with Low Gravity Effect

The modders of Black Ops 6 incorporated low gravity into the multiplayer mode, enabling players to take advantage of omnimovement and soar through the map in unconventional and humorous ways.

According to a tweet from CharlieIntel confirming the news, Activision mistakenly uploaded a beta version of Black Ops 6 to the PSN database, resulting in multiple PS4 players downloading it.

Leaks were made public, showing footage of matches against bots and disclosing fresh information such as maps, Perks, and game modes.

Furthermore, we were able to witness the new omnimovement feature in action. This marks the first time in CoD history where operators have the ability to sprint, slide, and dive in any direction at equal speeds. Additionally, there is now the option to dive and shoot simultaneously, expanding the range of movement options available.

Community members were anticipating a powerful feature, but they did not anticipate a group of modders making it even more powerful by incorporating low gravity.

ModernWarzone posted a video of a hacked edition of Black Ops 6 in which gamers utilized omnipotent movement and reduced gravity to glide across the playing field and shoot from improbable positions.

While it is terrifying that cheaters can pull this off, TacticalBrit reminded players that jail broken PlayStations are incapable of connecting online.

Upon witnessing the effects of low gravity in action, Call of Duty players were inspired to consider the possibility of a temporary game mode.

A second user suggested that a low gravity game mode should be tested on a space or other planet-themed map.

The low gravity aspect also evoked memories of Max Payne’s iconic Bullet Time, which allowed players to shoot while performing mid-air dives in slow motion, in various directions.

“A third player expressed the urgent need for a Max Payne remaster.”

Given the Call of Duty community’s creativity, players are likely to discover innovative ways to utilize omnimovement, without resorting to cheats or exploits. The beta release on August 30 will provide players with the chance to personally experiment with it.
