On May 7, 2024, the final episode of “Super Rich in Korea,”Netflix’s original series, was broadcasted. The show chronicles the lavish lifestyles of wealthy foreigners living in South Korea, offering audiences an exclusive glimpse into the world of opulence.
One of the individuals is observed browsing properties in South Korea during the show. Among the locations visited is the prestigious La TERRASSE Hannam apartment, which boasts a stunning view of the Han River.
During their stroll around the property, the real estate agent discloses that BLACKPINK’s Jennie is also a resident at La TERRASSE.

In November 2023, it was revealed that the singer of the song “You & Me”purchased an apartment for a stunning amount of ₩5.00 billion KRW, equivalent to approximately $3,668,984.50. The payment was made in full, without any bank loans. The luxurious apartment boasts five bedrooms, three bathrooms, and a total living area of 223.97 square meters (2,636 square feet).
The idol initiated the purchase of the luxurious apartment in February 2021. As a first step, she made an initial payment of ₩500 million KRW (approximately $366,763.90), which amounted to 10% of the property’s total cost.
Situated in the exclusive UN Village in Hannam, La TERRASSE is renowned for being one of the priciest residential areas. Among its residents is actor Lee Jong Suk, who also owns property in the luxurious neighborhood.
It should be noted that Jennie is not the sole member of BLACKPINK who has been verified to acquire luxurious real estate. In March 2023, Lisa also showcased her $5.5 million USD mansion to fans through a YouTube video.
Lalisa, the artist behind the hit song “LALISA”, acquired a residence in 2023 situated in Seongbuk-dong, Seongbuk-gu, Seoul’s highly esteemed and prosperous locality. It has been reported that she paid for the property in full, without any financing.
It was confirmed in April that Lisa had bought a $4 million USD estate in Beverly Hills, California.
