On the 21st, Korean media “Sports Seoul”exclusively reported that according to multiple music industry insiders, only ROSÉ of BLACKPINK has agreed to renew its contract with YG Entertainment. The remaining three members Jennie, Jisoo and Lisa will sign with other companies, but in the future They will continue to perform under the name BLACKPINK for 6 months out of the year, which means that although the members are not in the same company, they will still perform as BLACKPINK. This is the same contract method as Super Junior, Donghae and Kyuhyun whose previous contracts with SM Entertainment expired.
