Blue Lock Manga Gets a New Prequel Novel

The Blue Lock manga will soon be accompanied by a new prequel novel titled Blue Lock: Tatakai no Mae, Bokura wa. Aryuu, Barou, Yukimiya. The spinoff novel is scheduled to be published in Japan on Wednesday, July 17, 2024, and will be the fourth installment in the prequel series.

The manga series centers around Yoichi Isagi and a group of skilled strikers from Japan. They were selected to participate in the Blue Lock project, a program designed to produce the most self-centered striker in the world. The novel series, on the other hand, showcases the players’ experiences prior to joining the training program.
