Blue Miburo Anime Teaser Previews SPYAIR’s Opening Theme Song

Blue Miburo, a new anime adaptation of the historical fiction manga by Tsuyoshi Yasuda, has announced on their official website that the opening theme song for the series, titled “Ao”(“Blue”), will be performed by SPYAIR. Additionally, a teaser video showcasing the opening animation and song has been released.

The much-awaited series is set to premiere in Japan on October 19, 2024, and will be broadcasted on Saturdays at 5:30 p.m. on the YTV and NTV channels and their affiliated networks, as per the schedule.

YTV debuted the world premiere at this year’s Anime Expo event on Thursday at 10:30 a.m. PDT, providing fortunate attendees with an exclusive first glimpse.

Kumiko Habara will be directing the TV anime at the animation studio MAHO FILM. Her previous directing projects, including I’m Standing on 1,000,000 Lives and I’m the Villainess, So I’m Taming the Final Boss and Surgeon Elise, demonstrate her capability to lead the anime at Maho Film. Kenta Ihara, recognized for his work in Gamera -Rebirth-, I’m the Villainess, So I’m Taming the Final Boss, and Uncle From Another World, will utilize his expertise to oversee the series scripts.
