Amidst the buzz, some fans quickly speculated whether Althoff’s new beau was Sean Murphy-Bunting. This theory gained traction after the Arizona Cardinals cornerback was spotted playfully carrying her out of a bar back in July.
To quell the rumors, Althoff took to social media to clarify that the man in her TikTok was not Murphy-Bunting. “It is not Sean in the video. Out of respect for his girlfriend, can you guys please stop spreading that rumor,” she stated. “In fact, [I] am not dating anyone who you’d ever guess so leave all these random guys who I’m friends with/some who I’ve never heard of alone lol.”

In addition to Althoff’s clarification, Sean Murphy-Bunting also addressed the speculations through a post on X (formerly Twitter), stating plainly, “That’s not me.”
