Boruto Chapter 13: The Role of Shinju and the Search for Kakashi

Boruto Chapter 13: The Role of Shinju and the Search for Kakashi

The latest installment of Boruto: Two Blue Vortex, chapter 13, was met with great satisfaction from fans due to its well-developed storyline. While the chapter may have lacked intense action, it still managed to captivate readers with its various elements. The focus of the chapter was primarily on Kashin Koji, leading to significant progress in his character development.

The later portion of the chapter returned its attention to the Shinju. Throughout the series, the Divine Tree entities have proven to be formidable adversaries. Many fans have noticed the absence of Kakashi Hatake, the former Hokage, and there are speculations that this could be related to the latest chapter’s focus on the Shinju.

This article contains major spoilers from chapter 13 of the Two Blue Vortex manga.

Boruto: The Possible Connection Between Kakashi’s Absence and the Shinju in Two Blue Vortex Chapter 13

Despite his close relationship with Naruto Uzumaki, Kakashi Hatake has been noticeably absent from the manga, causing speculation among readers. It is unlikely that he would leave his children without a father figure, especially since he is extremely fond of them. If Naruto truly had died, Kakashi would have felt compelled to step in and provide support for his daughter Himawari, who is still a young child. Additionally, the sudden disappearance of Sasuke from the village due to Eida’s Omnipotence would have likely prompted Kakashi to take action as well.

Despite his promise to prevent Sasuke Uchiha from going rogue again, Kakashi would have surely pursued the duo when they fled the village with Boruto. Even if he didn’t pursue them, Kakashi would have still tried to uncover the reason behind their escape. However, the fact that there was no mention of Kakashi in the story felt strange.

The latter part of the most recent chapter depicted a gathering of all the Shinju entities. With the assistance of the Thorn Soul Bulb, they successfully resurrected Hidari, much to the surprise of fans who had assumed his death in the series. However, the Shinju appeared to be in the process of reviving another individual. The manga concluded with a cliffhanger, leaving the identity of this Shinju entity a mystery. Nevertheless, many fans speculate that it may be a clone of Kakashi himself.

It is possible that Kakashi was captured by one of the Shinju entities and subsequently sealed by them, resulting in the birth of his clone. This is currently one of the potential scenarios in the Boruto series. If this is indeed the case, Boruto and his team will face a difficult and challenging path ahead. We have already witnessed Hidari’s formidable abilities, and Kakashi’s clone is likely to be just as formidable.

The combination of this and their alliance with Jura poses a great challenge for the protagonist and his crew. We advise the fanbase to patiently wait for the next chapter to confirm the specifics.
