Boruto Might Have to Eliminate Kawaki by the Conclusion of Two Blue Vortex, with Kashin Koji as the Key Factor

Since the beginning of the Boruto: Two Blue Vortex manga, enthusiasts have eagerly anticipated the climactic battle between Boruto and Kawaki. Fans have developed high expectations for this encounter, drawing parallels to the legendary Naruto vs. Sasuke showdown in the original Naruto manga.

However, the potential outcome of this sequel manga’s conflict may diverge significantly from its predecessor. Unlike the conclusive battle in Naruto, where Naruto triumphs over Sasuke and brings him back to the village, the clash between Boruto and Kawaki could lead to a tragic turn where Boruto might kill his adoptive brother. This foreboding twist was suggested in the latest chapter of the series.

Chapter 13 of Boruto: Two Blue Vortex provided a critical flashback involving Boruto and Kashin Koji. This revelation clarified why Boruto possesses knowledge of numerous events, which previously led fans to speculate whether he had seen the future through Momoshiki or traveled through time. Ultimately, neither theory was correct.

Kashin Koji explained that his unique ability enables him to perceive various potential futures, which are grim for the world—one such future depicts Kawaki being sacrificed to the Ten-Tails, resulting in the harvest of the chakra fruit and the world’s doom.

Kashin Koji proposed an alliance with Boruto to alter this dismal outcome. He even assured Boruto that he would impart all the Jutsu he was destined to learn in the future to accelerate his growth. However, Boruto firmly stated that he would not agree to any plan that involved the death of Kawaki.

Kashin Koji’s silence on Boruto’s condition leads to speculation that he may have intentions to confront Kawaki himself or, alternatively, that he envisions no future in which Kawaki survives. As all scenarios shown to Koji involve Kawaki being fed to the Ten-Tails, it raises the question of how to avert such a fate in the current timeline.

It is plausible that Kashin Koji’s ability has limitations. For instance, while Eida can access the past, she cannot view events that occurred before her own existence. It stands to reason that Kashin Koji might be similarly restricted from viewing futures in which he does not exist.

This suggests that the only scenario where Kawaki escapes being consumed by the Ten-Tails could be linked to Kashin Koji’s death, which would explain Koji’s lack of insight into whether Boruto could persuade Kawaki to mend their relationship.

Regarding Kashin Koji’s potential demise, it is highly likely that Kawaki could play a crucial role in that event. Recent chapters depict Kawaki’s increasing curiosity about Boruto’s sources of information. Following his discovery of Koji’s involvement with Boruto, Kawaki destroys the scientific ninja tool, hinting at his intention to eliminate Kashin Koji to thwart Boruto’s knowledge of future events.

As such, the expected confrontation between Kawaki and Boruto at Hokage Rock might take place in the aftermath of Kashin Koji’s death. In this battle, Boruto may find himself in a position where he must kill Kawaki to prevent an impending catastrophe, where an Otsutsuki could sacrifice Kawaki to the Ten-Tails.

  • The false narrative of Kawaki’s jealousy could be a result of Eida’s Omnipotence
  • Jura and Kawaki seemingly have a hidden connection, shedding light on this theory
  • Why Naruto’s overprotectiveness towards Kawaki could be perceived as his greatest error
  • How the disclosure of Kashin Koji’s abilities might pose a significant threat from Amado
