Boruto’s Potential to Transform Momoshiki into the Most Powerful Otsutsuki

Boruto’s Potential to Transform Momoshiki into the Most Powerful Otsutsuki

As readers may have noticed in the Boruto: Two Blue Vortex manga, the main character chooses not to use his karma despite possessing it. While some fans may view this as arrogance, the true motive could be that Boruto is determined to prevent Momoshiki Otsutsuki from gaining any control over his body.

As fans may recall, in the prequel manga, Momoshiki Otsutsuki had frequently possessed the protagonist’s body. During these episodes, he not only lost control but also extracted Sasuke Uchiha’s Rinnegan eye. Therefore, it is understandable why the protagonist would want to prevent a repeat of this situation.

Despite this, clues from the sequel manga indicate that the main character may be attempting to resist Momoshiki’s attempts to take control of his body in order to prevent himself from becoming the most powerful Otsutsuki.

How can Boruto turn Momoshiki into the strongest Otsutsuki?

As many fans may recall, whenever Momoshiki gains control of Boruto and transforms into “Borushiki,”he consistently utilizes the protagonist’s Jutsu. However, the Otsutsuki possesses the ability not only to access and use their host’s jutsu and abilities, but also to enhance them with their abundant chakra reserve.

The impact of this was particularly clear during Team 7’s battle with Kara Inner member Boro. When Momoshiki emerged within the main character’s body, he absorbed Naruto’s chakra and utilized Boruto’s Rasengan to form an enormous one. This was then used to defeat the Kara member.

It was when the protagonist was only 12 years old that Momoshiki was able to accomplish this feat. Considering this, one can only speculate on the extent of the Otsutsuki’s powers after the time skip. It is clear that the Seventh Hokage’s son has grown significantly in strength, making the possibility of Momoshiki taking control of him even more dangerous.

After the time skip, the main character demonstrated two significant jutsu: the Rasengan Uzuhiko and the Flying Thunder God Technique. While the latter simply increased Momoshiki’s speed, the former had the potential to cause devastating damage.

This is due to the explanation given by the young Lord that the Rasengan Uzuhiko utilizes the planet’s chakra, specifically its rotation and orbit. This powerful technique has been demonstrated to inflict significant harm on an enemy, as seen in the most recent chapter of the manga where the main character employed it against the God Tree Hidari. What’s even more astonishing is that, despite the immense destruction caused, the jutsu was not fully executed.

If Momoshiki Otsutsuki were to obtain access to the jutsu, it could potentially result in the destruction of the planet. This is how Boruto could transform Momoshiki into the most powerful Otsutsuki.

The protagonist’s situation also reflects the events that were occurring. He was required to gain strength in order to safeguard the Hidden Leaf Village, but his growing power proved to be a burden due to the potential threat of Momoshiki taking control of him.
