Brooke Schofield received some backlash after she liked a photo of Donald Trump with popular streamer Adin Ross.
Ever since her appearance on the ‘Cancelled’ podcast with Tana Mongeau in 2021, TikToker Brooke Schofield has gained significant popularity online. Additionally, her series of videos about her past relationship with artist Clinton Kane in June created a social media frenzy and further solidified her presence on the platform.
Despite gaining a significant number of supporters by sharing the difficulties of her relationship with Kane, she is now receiving criticism for showing support by liking a photo of Donald Trump with Kick streamer Adin Ross.
After having a livestream with Trump, who is a 2024 Presidential Candidate of the Republican Party, Adin posted the photo online.
“One person commented on TikTok saying, “You could never make me like you, Brookie.””
“Another person stated that they were certain Clinton Kane was laughing, while others concurred that she was “terrible.”
Despite receiving a lot of criticism, Brooke used TikTok as a platform to defend herself and clarify that she was not a supporter of Trump.
She admitted, “I have been vocal about my support for Kamala ever since she entered the race. I am aware of how foolish it was for me to have liked that post today. I am truly regretful and feel the urge to kick myself in the face for it.”

As I mindlessly scrolled, I couldn’t believe my eyes when I saw the last person in the world I would have expected to be in a room with Trump. It was almost surreal.
After watching Brooke’s apology, viewers wasted no time in passing judgment on her words. In fact, one viewer went as far as to suggest that she “clearly”couldn’t care less.
“You’re reminding me of my ex, who would always try to justify why he was liking pictures of half-naked girls,”one person commented.
Another person chimed in, stating that the statement was making white women feel scared and silenced.
Tana, one of Brooke’s closest friends and co-host of the ‘Cancelled’ podcast, also spoke out after being linked to the negative responses, affirming that she identifies as a “100% Democrat.”
