BruceDropEmOff slams xQc for defending Kick

BruceDropEmOff harshly criticized xQc, a fellow streamer, for supporting Kick in the midst of claims made by a former employee about the company’s “extremely hostile”workplace culture.

On June 17, a former employee named Melissa posted a YouTube video in which she made several accusations against Kick, a live streaming platform. This has resulted in increased scrutiny for the company.

In addition to accusing staff members of using homophobic and racial slurs, she also alleged that there was a pattern of disrespect towards others’ opinions and beliefs. She even went as far as accusing Kick of offering a lower amount to a streamer with cancer, speculating that the streamer may believe they have a limited time left and want to leave more money for their family.

Felix ‘xQc’ Lengyel, a popular streamer who was offered a staggering $100 million contract by Kick, took to a live stream to defend the platform, which caught the attention of fellow streamer BruceDropEmOff.

In a heated rant, Bruce repeatedly insulted the Kick streamer by calling him a “d*ck eater”and claiming he was treated like the favored “golden boy”of the streaming world.

“Bruce remained quiet as he listened to everything he had to say about him. But now, it’s his turn to speak. He didn’t care about the other person’s privileged status and drug addiction, everyone treating them like the “golden boy.”In reality, they were not deserving of such praise. Bruce didn’t hold back, telling them, “F*ck you.”

Bruce and xQc have been at odds for a while. It is also important to mention that Bruce recently returned to Twitch from Kick, where he had been under contract until it expired. He openly stated that his time on Kick was the lowest point of his career and it caused his content to suffer.

In response to Bruce’s comments about Kick, xQc came forward to defend the platform. He stated in a direct tweet that Bruce “does not provide feedback or criticism, but instead speaks negatively about the product and experience afterwards.”

Despite the ongoing clashes between these two streamers, fans remain convinced that there is no love lost between them. Kick’s Head of Strategic Partnerships has denied Melissa’s accusations and assured that the site is taking them seriously, stating that an internal investigation is currently being conducted.
