BTS Dominates Billboard Charts with Solo Songs from Jungkook, Jin, Jimin, and RM

On June 19th, Billboard released its newest charts (dated June 22nd). Jungkook’s seventh solo entry, “Never Let Go,”debuted at No.97 on the “Hot 100″main song chart, solidifying his position on the chart.

Jungkook has achieved a new record for a K-pop solo singer, with the most solo songs charting on the “Hot 100”. Additionally, his song “Never Let Go”placed third on the Digital Song Sales chart, 12th on the Global Excl. US chart, and 20th on the Global 200 chart.

Jin’s original song, “Super Tuna”, also made a noteworthy comeback. It was released on December 4th, 2021 as a special birthday gift to himself and re-entered the “World Digital Song Sales”chart at No.1 after a gap of 1 year and 7 months.

BTS’s impressive performance on the album charts continued as well. Their album “Proof”remained on the “World Albums”chart for its 105th week, securing the No.7 spot. Additionally, Jimin’s solo album “FACE”also maintained its strong presence on the chart, ranking at No.10 for its 58th week. RM’s second solo album also saw success, securing the No.14 spot on the “Top Current Album”chart and the No.15 spot on the “Top Sales Album”chart.

Multiple BTS entries were observed on the “Global 200″chart. Jungkook’s “Seven”rose to No.49 and “Standing Next To You”climbed to No.117, both showing improvement from the previous week. Additionally, Jimin’s “Like Crazy”made a comeback on the chart, re-entering at No.194.

Additionally, Jungkook’s songs “Seven,””Standing Next To You,”and “Like Crazy”made significant progress on the Global Excl. US chart, reaching No.31, No.68, and No.158 respectively. Furthermore, his solo single “3D”re-entered the chart at No.193.
