Upon witnessing Suga’s fall, a police officer offered assistance and detected the scent of alcohol. As a result, they escorted him to a nearby district police station.

In March, Suga began his military service by enlisting in the Nonsan Training Center in Chungnam. He is currently fulfilling his duties as a social service worker and is expected to be discharged in June 2025.

Only individuals who are at least 16 years old and possess a motor license or higher license are permitted to use electric scooters. It is mandatory for electric scooter riders to wear a helmet and they are prohibited from riding with a blood alcohol concentration level of 0.03% or above.
