On October 14, RM shared a glimpse of his song “Groin”by posting a snippet of its lyrics on his social media platform.

This song appears on RM’s latest album, titled “Right Place, Wrong Person,”which was launched on May 24. The lyrics express sentiments like, “The world’s filled with thoughtless people / Whatever, just let me be / There’s a lot of clueless individuals” and “I need to vent before I explode / If I’m not fond of you, I’ll just go bbangsang / Bbangsang, bbangsang, I’m off to bbangsang / Feeling empowered, no one can hold me back, bangsang.”

Following his post, speculation circulated that RM might be directing his lyrics at Lee Jin-ho, who reportedly inflicted financial harm on BTS’s Jimin due to illegal gambling activities.

On the same day, Lee Jin-ho publicly confessed to his involvement in illegal gambling through a statement on his account. He remarked, “I accidentally started using an illegal online gambling site in 2020, which spiraled into uncontrollable debt. After receiving serious warnings from friends and realizing that my career was at risk, I finally stopped gambling, but by then, I had already borrowed money from various people.”

He further stated, “I am consistently repaying the debt each month and plan to clear it through my own efforts for the rest of my life. Although the financial loss is regrettable, I feel the most remorse for those who believed in me and lent me money.”

Reports indicate that in 2022, Lee Jin-ho borrowed 100 million won from Jimin, fabricating an excuse involving family obligations and committing to repay it within a week.

Regarding this situation, Jimin’s agency, Big Hit Music, confirmed to Newsen on October 14, “The claims about financial harm are accurate, and all Jimin did was produce a promissory note when lending the funds.”
