These wildfires have been described as some of the most destructive in the country’s history.

Suga’s Philanthropic Commitment

Suga directed his generous donation to the Korean Red Cross, ensuring that essential supplies such as food, water, and daily necessities reach those who have been impacted by the fires. This contribution continues his history of charitable acts; he previously donated ₩100 million in 2022 to assist victims of wildfires in Uljin and Samcheok.

j-hope’s Support for Communities

Similarly, j-hope’s donation was made through the Hope Bridge Korea Disaster Relief Association.
