Just recently, Kim Jin-soo shared on social media, “I was given a family heirloom. Many thanks, V^^”and uploaded a picture of an autographed album gifted to him by V.
The photograph shows a message from V expressing gratitude to Jin-soo for always being a supportive figure and acknowledging it as an honor to know Jae-seon as well.
Kim Jin-soo’s wife, the “Jae-seon noona”mentioned by V, is none other than Yang Jae-seon – a highly acclaimed lyricist with a repertoire of over 200 hit songs. Her notable works include “I Believe”by Shin Seung-hun, “The Road to Me”and “Like the Beginning”by Sung Si-kyung, “Hee-jae”by “Sorry for the Delay in Love”by Kim Jo-han. She has also made contributions to various drama soundtracks such as “Worlds Within,””Personal Taste,”and “Iris,”as well as numerous musical pieces.
V has gained recognition as a singer-songwriter for his original compositions. His music is praised for its enchanting melodies and meaningful lyrics, which reveal his admiration and appreciation for lyricist Yang Jae-seon.
Known as “Kim Su-chi-myeon In-yeon”(a clever play on words highlighting his ability to form connections effortlessly), V is recognized for his strong bonds with both senior and junior figures in the entertainment industry. In fact, vocal trainer Shin Yoo-mi once praised V as the most well-connected individual in the music scene, regardless of their age or occupation, during a television program.
During the ‘Chuncheon Battle Remember Festa’ event in Chuncheon on June 10, V showed his respect by warmly greeting senior singer Lee Ji-young of Big Mama while providing patrol support.
On the 26th, BTS’s official account shared a photo of V in Paris from November 2022, titled “V ‘TYPE 1’ Poster.”This caused interest among fans as they eagerly awaited the surprise that V had planned for their birthday on July 9.
