In Schedule 1, accessing the chemical and oven stations grants you the opportunity to cook with a liquid product called Pseudo. However, if you’re unsure how this mechanic works, you may find yourself wondering how to utilize Pseudo effectively. In this guide, we will explore how to obtain and utilize the chemical station to cook this product.

Acquiring the Chemical Station in Schedule 1

To unlock the chemical station, you first need to complete the mission titled “Wretched Hive of Scum and Villainy.”This mission is a critical part of the main storyline, so if you haven’t tackled it yet, focus on advancing through the narrative.

If you find yourself in a situation where you possess Pseudo but haven’t completed the mission, your only option is to continue progressing until you can unlock the station necessary for cooking.

For the “Wretched Hive of Scum and Villainy”mission, visit the warehouse shown in the image above after 6 PM. Simply knock on any door to gain access. Once inside, you can engage with various NPCs, including an arms dealer, a fixer, and a merchant.

Engage with the merchant, or specifically Oscar, to check his inventory. You will find both the chemical station and oven station on sale for $2, 500 each. This amount is usually manageable unless you’ve recently made significant investments in seeds for growth. Once you have purchased the stations, you can set them up in any property of your choice.

To initiate the cooking process, you’ll require three key ingredients: Pseudo, Acid, and Phosphorus. Pseudo can be purchased from Shirley, the second supplier, while Acid and Phosphorus should be obtained from Oscar.

Once you have gathered all the necessary ingredients, head to the chemical station. Begin by placing Pseudo, Acid, and Phosphorus into the beaker. Stir the mixture thoroughly and then transfer it to the flask. To ensure optimal results, use a Bunsen burner to heat the flask appropriately.

As you heat the flask, pay close attention to the green marker located at the center of the display. Adjust the heat to ensure the pointer remains within the green zone for several seconds. It’s advisable to release the heat slightly before reaching the green marker and to manage your clicks judiciously to maintain the correct position.

Upon completing this process, you will yield the desired output.

After preparing your output, place it into the lab oven. Pour the liquid onto the cooking tray, close the oven lid, and begin the cooking process. When it’s ready, open the oven and utilize a hammer to break the final product. This will provide you with your second product to sell. Each cooking cycle produces ten pieces, making the effort worthwhile.

Bear in mind that these processes can be time-consuming; hence, investing in a chemist may be a strategic move to optimize this cooking routine.
