Byeon Woo-seok’s Sudden Shower Breaks into Melon TOP 10 with Lovely Runner Craze

On May 13th, Melon, a music site, reported that “Sudden Shower”by ECLIPSE reached the 10th spot on the TOP 100 chart, setting a new record for the song.

The song has continuously been surpassing its own records on the daily charts. “Sudden Shower”initially debuted on the daily chart at 305th place, but has since risen to 19th place as of May 12th.

In addition to “Sudden Shower”, another song from the OST of “Lovely Runner”called “RUN RUN”also made a comeback on the Melon TOP 100 chart, reaching 100th place after debuting at 99th.

The popular band ECLIPSE was prominently featured in the drama “Lovely Runner”, which stars Byeon Woo-seok. With his captivating performance as Ryu Sun-jae, Byeon Woo-seok has stolen the hearts of numerous female viewers and even sparked a phenomenon known as the “Sun-jae Syndrome”. Byeon Woo-seok and Kim Hye-yoon, the lead actors, also took the top two spots in terms of topicality among TV-OTT drama actors, with 11.20% and 10.35% respectively.
