In the upcoming Season 1 update for Black Ops 6, players can anticipate an integrated experience with Warzone, incorporating the inaugural Battle Pass for Treyarch’s latest multiplayer installment. This new feature will offer gamers fresh avenues to earn rewards and enhance their gameplay experience.
Players can engage in the new Mastery camo grind and the revival of the classic Prestige system, which enhances the gameplay with diverse reward pathways. However, it’s worth noting that the game currently does not include a Battle Pass, as Warzone is still finalizing its content for MW3 Season 6. This situation is set to change shortly, so let’s delve into the details surrounding the anticipated Battle Pass.
Release Date for Warzone & Black Ops 6 Battle Pass
The highly awaited Black Ops 6 and Warzone Battle Pass is scheduled to launch on Thursday, November 14, 2024, coinciding with the rollout of the Season 1 update.
On this date, the existing Battle Pass from MW3 will conclude, paving the way for a new array of rewards exclusive to Black Ops 6 multiplayer, Zombies, and Battle Royale modes.
This new Battle Pass will remain accessible throughout the first season and will be discontinued at the commencement of Season 2, expected to arrive in January 2025.
Pricing of the Battle Pass
Historically, the Battle Pass for the first season has been priced at 1,100 CoD Points, equivalent to approximately $9.99 / £8.39. Players should note that any CoD Points accumulated from MW3 will be transferrable to Black Ops 6, potentially reducing the cost.
For those who own the Vault Edition, you’ll receive the Battle Pass in its BlackCell version automatically. This includes all rewards from the Premium version, along with 1,100 CoD Points, exclusive skins, and 20 Tier Skips.
Battle Pass Content for BO6 Season 1
Currently, details reveal that Operator Sev will be the star of the Battle Pass, but the complete list of rewards has yet to be disclosed. The trailer has hinted at the inclusion of powerful new weapons, such as the Barret. 50 Cal and a potential Uzi.
