CaseOh’s livestream on TikTok came to an abrupt end when the internet celebrity accidentally sprayed his phone with a pressure washer.
In 2024, the popularity of Twitch streamer CaseOh has soared with almost 6 million followers on the platform owned by Amazon, as well as a significant following on TikTok and YouTube.
On September 3, 2024, Case made his debut on TikTok and connected with his fans from all over the globe. During the live session, he decided to showcase his pressure washer wand.
Suddenly, his intrusive thoughts took over and the Twitch star abruptly ended the stream by shooting his phone with pressurized water.
Soon after, he transitioned to Twitch to resume the stream and gave an explanation for the pressure washer incident.
“So, when this incident occurred, I grabbed the pressure washer from the shop. It was left sitting there and I believe my dad had last used it to spray off the four-wheeler. It wasn’t connected to a power source and I certainly wasn’t anticipating it to spray water when I pulled the trigger,”he explained.
“Let’s face it, when you’re scrolling through your phone and happen to come across a pressure washer, your instinct might be to aim it at your phone and pull the trigger. Admit it, your inner voice is probably saying ‘Why not? Let’s give it a shot and see what happens.’”
Although the stream was temporarily halted by the water, Caseoh quickly turned off his phone and dried it in order to prevent any potential damage. Fortunately, the streamer reported that the phone seemed to be unharmed by the incident.
“The streamer jokingly advised that the lesson to be learned from the story is to always point a pressure washer at your phone and pull the trigger if you are recording a video or using your phone while using the pressure washer.”
It is not recommended to use a pressure washer to clean your phone as it could cause severe damage. CaseOh was fortunate that his phone was not affected in this situation.
This is the most recent viral event to occur during Case’s stream. On September 3, 2024, he was taken aback when a viewer gifted him 1,000 Tier 1 subscriptions, valued at nearly $5,000, just moments after following him on Twitch.
