Cause of Death of TikTok Star Taylor Rousseau Grigg Disclosed

In the wake of TikTok influencer Taylor Rousseau Grigg’s tragic and sudden passing at the young age of 25, her family has disclosed the circumstances surrounding her death.

On October 5, the social media star Taylor Rousseau Grigg passed away. Initially, the specifics of her demise were not publicly known. However, her family has now confirmed that she succumbed to complications related to a severe asthma attack.

Grigg was also battling Addison’s disease, which is an autoimmune disorder that leads the body’s immune system to mistakenly attack the adrenal glands.

This rare condition, affecting about 1 in 100,000 people, made it difficult for Grigg’s body to combat the severe aftermath of her asthma attack.

Following her passing, Taylor Rousseau Grigg became an organ donor. Her sister, Bailey Rousseau Wagner, shared an emotional post on Instagram detailing her sister’s desire to continue making a difference in the world, highlighting Grigg’s wish to save lives through her legacy.

“She always envisioned making a significant impact during her lifetime, but I doubt she would’ve anticipated her legacy extending in this manner,” Wagner expressed. “And I have no doubt she would have wished to have it no other way. A friend of hers remarked, ‘her influence has only just begun,’ and those words resonate more than ever.”

In a heartfelt tribute on Instagram, Grigg’s husband, Cameron Grigg, reflected on her relentless struggles leading to her premature death.

“Over the past year, Taylor endured more pain than most experience in a lifetime. Yet, through it all, she remained a beacon of light and joy for everyone around her. She was the bravest and strongest woman I ever knew.”

Taylor and Cameron first connected on social media in 2021. Although many of her followers assumed they met through TikTok, Grigg revealed in October 2023 that she actually discovered him while browsing Instagram. After reaching out to him first, their love story began.

Earlier this July, the community was also heartbroken over the unexpected demise of another young content creator’s 20-year-old son, who tragically fell from a height of 115 feet during a spontaneous hiking excursion.

In the wake of the tragedy, TikToker Craig Clark mentioned that the fact his son Jayden died instantly was the only “silver lining” he could cling to.
