Polaroid Locations in Chapter 3 of Life Is Strange: Double Exposure
In this chapter, players can gather a total of five Polaroid photos. We will guide you through the process of acquiring each photo and how to address any missed items.

The first three Polaroids are located within the third subchapter, so there’s no need to search in the previous sections of this chapter.
First Polaroid Photo – Re: Verses
Following her meeting with Moses at the observatory, Max arrives at the Fine Arts Building. Ensure you remain in the “Living” timeline and head towards the café.
The first photo is on a table in the café.
Second Polaroid Photo – Re: Verses
After finishing her discussion with Dr. Gwen in the Fine Arts Building, Max will proceed to the administration building.
Switch to the “Dead” timeline here and head to Dr. Yasmin’s lobby.
You’ll find the second Polaroid resting on the coffee table.
Third Polaroid Photo – Re: Verses
After chatting with Vinh, Max will go to Lucas’ office.
Engage with him, and once you exit the office, switch to the “Dead” timeline.
After changing to the “Dead” timeline, enter Lucas’ office again. There’s no need to worry; the door is not locked, and you won’t be caught.
Inside, you’ll be able to collect the third Polaroid from the large shelf.
Fourth Polaroid Photo – Nobody Wants To Drink Alone
Max later arrives at Snapping Turtle bar in the “Living” timeline. Before engaging with anyone, move towards the seating area of Reggie and Diamond.
The fourth Polaroid can be spotted on a recycled barrel table next to one of the entrance doors.
Fifth Polaroid Photo – Heartbreaking and Entering
The last Polaroid for Chapter 3 is located at the start of the final subchapter. When you return home, switch to the “Dead” timeline using the gate.
Head to the right side of the living room, and you’ll find the final Polaroid on one of the small tables next to the recycled barrel.
Once you’ve gathered all five photos, you will unlock the “Selfie Care” achievement. Every chapter features a unique achievement tied to the collection of all Polaroid photographs.
Revisiting Chapters for Collectible Items
If you happen to miss any collectibles during your game, you can revisit any chapter and its specific subchapters. This allows you the chance to explore further and skip past dialogue you’ve already seen. The completion progress of each chapter can be observed through the photo icon located in the bottom right corner.
