Chapter 422 spoilers show how My Hero Academia’s main character inspired its greatest hero

According to the spoilers in chapter 422, the main character of My Hero Academia had a significant moment with his mentor. This encounter between Deku and All Might has sparked a lot of discussion and attention in the town.

During the chapter, Deku’s friends came to his aid as the heroes were determined to defeat TomurAFO once and for all. However, the villain continued to attack the hero students relentlessly, but became puzzled when his powers suddenly stopped working.

During the battle between the heroes and the villain, as the audience cheered on Deku, All Might was struck by a moment from the past. It could be seen as a parallel to the time when Midoriya, without a quirk, bravely rushed to Bakugo’s aid when he was under attack by a villain. All Might believed that this act of courage may have been the driving force behind Midoriya’s determination to continue fighting, even without the power of One for All.

Based on the leaked information for chapter 422, the chapter began with Aizawa requesting Shirakumo to create multiple portals in the battlefield for the heroes to launch their attack against TomurAFO. However, it was revealed that TomurAFO had exhausted his abilities and was no longer able to open portals.

Despite the relentless attacks from the heroes, TomurAFO remained determined to kill My Hero Academia’s main character. He launched a powerful laser attack, but Hagakure was able to deflect it. Additionally, Momo utilized her quirk to create a railgun and, with Kaminari’s assistance, the heroes launched a strong counterattack against the villain.

The antagonist evaded the initial strike and launched another attack at the main character of My Hero Academia. However, Shoji and Tsuyu intervened and rescued the hero, leaving the villain perplexed as he questioned why he was unable to defeat them in their vulnerable state.

Gentle Criminal materialized and constructed a trampoline to catapult the protagonist of My Hero Academia towards TomurAFO. Midway through, Iida intercepted Deku and amplified his speed, propelling him even faster towards his target.

TomurAFO had planned to launch an attack on Deku, but he was taken aback when he saw his hands were bleeding. The chapter then shifted its focus to the audience, which included Ochaco. It was a relief to see that she was alive after her battle with Toga. Additionally, the president of the United States sent his forces to Japan in an effort to permanently defeat the villain.

Finally, attention was turned to All Might, who was receiving medical care. He reflected on the moment when Midoriya refused to give up and how it inspired him to continue fighting even without One for All. This solidified My Hero Academia’s protagonist as the ultimate hero in his eyes.

In chapter 1 of My Hero Academia, the Sludge villain launched an attack on Deku’s city and successfully captured Bakugo. Using his quirk, the villain gained control over Bakugo’s abilities, making him a powerful adversary. Regrettably, there were no heroes present to rescue Bakugo, prompting Deku to take action by running towards the scene and hurling his bag at the villain.

The Sludge villain was distracted by this, allowing him to begin taking control of the protagonist’s body. Fortunately, All Might arrived just in time and used his famous Detriot Smash move to defeat the villain and save the day. This marked the beginning of the mentor-student relationship between Deku and All Might, with Deku recognizing and admiring All Might’s unwavering heroism.

In addition, the bond between Deku and All Might grew to the extent that the latter found motivation in the former to continue battling even after losing One for All. In the Final War arc, despite lacking One for All, All Might faced All for One as Armored All Might because he drew inspiration from My Hero Academia’s protagonist, who had rushed to rescue Bakugo.

Despite the Symbol of Peace being at a disadvantage in the fight, he gave it his all, just like his apprentice did when he had no quirk. This is what sets the relationship between Deku and All Might apart, as both the teacher and apprentice inspire each other.
