Upon Merry’s offer to make some tea, Kaya commented on the immense impact of Vegapunk’s intelligence in the field of medicine. As a medical student working towards her dream of becoming a doctor, Kaya couldn’t resist expressing her admiration for Vegapunk.

2) Characters from Twin Capes: Crocus and Laboon

At the base of Reverse Mountain, just before the entrance to the initial portion of the Grand Line, lies Twin Capes. It is here that Crocus and the whale Laboon patiently await the Straw Hats’ completion of their quest for the One Piece treasure.

In One Piece chapter 1113, Crocus was patiently anticipating Vegapunk’s words. Having been a part of the Roger Pirates, Crocus had already visited Laugh Tale and was aware of many of the secrets that Vegapunk was about to divulge.

3) The Inhabitants of Karakuri Island

The location of Karakuri Island, also known as “Future Land Baldimore”, is the birthplace of Dr. Vegapunk. During the two-year timeskip, Franky of the Straw Hat Pirates dedicated himself to studying and recreating Vegapunk’s advanced technology in order to enhance his abilities as a cyborg.

After hearing Vegapunk’s broadcast, the residents of Karakuri proudly declared that the scientist was born on their island. They also made it clear that Vegapunk was not the “Nightmare of Baldimore”who caused the destruction of the island’s laboratory, as Franky was responsible for that incident.

Interestingly, the same person mentioned that Franky is now considered a ship. This could be attributed to the ongoing joke about Franky’s bounty, as his wanted poster features the Thousand Sunny instead of his actual face.

Torino Kingdom People

During the two-year period, Chopper underwent training in Torino Kingdom, an island known for its massive tree at its center. The inhabitants of the island were seen wearing primitive attire and were thought to behave like cavemen. However, it was later discovered that they possessed advanced knowledge in medicine.

As Vegapunk’s broadcast started, the citizens of Torino Kingdom noted that the source of the transmission was the same island where Chopper resided. They also observed that several of Vegapunk’s advancements were being utilized to develop hazardous weaponry.

The People of Hachinosu

Hachinosu, a New World island, is currently under the control of the Blackbeard Pirates. In the midst of the Egghead Arc, Monkey D. Garp made his way to the island to save his student, Koby, who had been taken captive by Blackbeard. Despite a brutal confrontation, the former “Marine Hero”gave his life to aid Koby and the other members of the SWORD group in their escape.

Hachinosu, known as “Pirate Island”, lived up to its reputation as it was brimming with pirates. When Vegapunk’s transmission commenced, a disagreement arose among the pirates. While two of them were eager to tune in, the third was more preoccupied with gambling.

In One Piece chapter 1114, Kuzan, also known as “Aokiji”and a former Marine Admiral, was spotted among the Hachinosu residents listening to Vegapunk’s message. It was rumored that he had joined the Blackbeard Pirates, and he was seen with bandages covering his injuries from his recent fight with Garp.

His message started with Vegapunk explaining that he had set it to begin broadcasting at his last heartbeat. This statement, implying his impending death, stunned the people of Sabaody Archipelago.

One of the many residents of Sabaody that brought joy to One Piece fans was Duval, a familiar face to the Straw Hats. Formerly the leader of a notorious group known as the Tobiuo Riders, who were notorious for their criminal activities including kidnapping, Duval changed his gang’s name to the Flying Fish Riders and formed a friendship with the Straw Hats after Sanji’s fierce defeat of him.

Upon learning that the broadcast was airing during Vegapunk’s death, Duval was surprised as it contradicted the previous newspaper’s report that Vegapunk was being held captive by the Straw Hats. Little did the public know, Morgans had spun the incident to make it seem like the Navy had attacked Egghead in order to save the scientist from the crew’s clutches.

Despite many ups and downs, Caesar Clown eventually formed an alliance with Judge Vinsmoke, the head of the Vinsmoke Family and commander of the Germa Army. The two former associates turned rivals collaborated to establish NEO MADS, an organization dedicated to surpassing Vegapunk’s groundbreaking scientific advancements.

Despite receiving the message that indirectly confirmed Vegapunk’s death, Judge remained silent while Caesar amusingly expressed his frustration towards Vegapunk for passing away before they could attempt to surpass his scientific brilliance.

“Big News”Morgans, the president of the organization in charge of writing, printing, and distributing the newspaper throughout the entire One Piece world, has a passion for spreading his scoops and making them widely known. He takes great pleasure in reporting these scoops to the general public before anyone else.

Therefore, Morgans was angered by Vegapunk’s decision to disclose all of his secrets, essentially rendering them worthless. This action hindered Morgans from having the ability to publish these secrets and keep them exclusive to his newspaper.

As the newly appointed Fleet Admiral, Sakazuki “Akainu”moved the Navy Headquarters to the New World, transforming the G-1 Base into the new Marineford. In One Piece chapter 1114, it was revealed that numerous Marine officers, including Rear Admiral Hina, were in a state of confusion and panic after hearing Vegapunk’s prediction that the globe would eventually sink underwater.

In addition to the other officers in New Marineford, Akainu was also present in the chapter. His reaction was notably enigmatic as he listened to Vegapunk’s message with a serious and stern expression.

The Residents of Mock Town

Despite the shock that Vegapunk’s message brought to most listeners, the pirates in Mock Town, Jaya appeared to find humor in the scientist’s words. Just as they had previously ridiculed Luffy and Zoro for their supposed naivety, the residents of Mock Town now took pleasure in mocking Vegapunk.

It was alleged that Vegapunk’s intentions were to exploit his death in order to create global turmoil, as the concept of the world sinking into the ocean was deemed illogical.

Paulie – Water Seven

Despite the fact that Water Seven was slowly sinking due to rising sea levels, Paulie, a member of the Galley-La company of shipwrights, expressed skepticism that the entire world could be submerged. He believed that while it may be possible for Water Seven, it would require much more to sink the entire globe.

Despite sharing similar traits to water-breathing creatures, Fish-Men need not be overly concerned if the entire world were to be submerged. However, even the Mermaid Princess Shirahoshi and her father Neptune seemed troubled by Vegapunk’s disclosure.

Shirahoshi inquired with Neptune about the upcoming event, and the ruler responded by describing it as something astonishing and unbelievable.

Despite Big Mom’s loss in Wano and the Blackbeard Pirates’ recent assault, the status of the Big Mom Pirates remains uncertain. Nonetheless, in One Piece chapter 1114, two high-ranking members of the crew, Charlotte Smoothie and Charlotte Mont-d’Or, were depicted reacting to Vegapunk’s message.

Upon listening to Vegapunk’s prerecorded message, Smoothie was taken aback. It was unbelievable that Vegapunk had accurately predicted the worldwide earthquake that occurred a few days later. The fact that he had made these claims before his death further solidified their truthfulness.

In Chapter 1114 of One Piece, Tonjit can be seen quietly listening to Vegapunk’s message without uttering a single word.

Imu-sama from the Pangaea Castle

Upon learning that Vegapunk was on the verge of revealing the truth about the Void Century, or at least a portion of it, Imu-sama remained silent. It was easy to envision the enigmatic leader of the World Government seething with rage at the mere idea of Vegapunk exposing the real history.

The World Government had been attempting to conceal these secrets for centuries, which clarifies the motivation behind Imu-sama and the Five Elders’ determination to prevent the transmission at all costs.

Saint Shalria and the Celestial Dragons of Mary Geoise

As Vegapunk spoke about the Void Century, the Celestial Dragons in Mary Geoise erupted into a tirade, condemning the scientist and declaring his actions unforgivable, to the point that even death would not be sufficient punishment.

Despite being the daughter of Saint Rosward and younger sister of Saint Charlos, Saint Shalria appeared to have no knowledge of the Void Century. This suggests that not all Celestial Dragons are aware of the full history, perhaps due to their rank or age.

Jaguar D. Saul

In the recent One Piece chapters, a surprising return was made by Jaguar D. Saul. He is the Giant who abandoned the Marines in order to shield Nico Robin from the Buster Call that annihilated Ohara 22 years prior to the current storyline.

After the Ohara Incident, it was believed that Kuzan “Aokiji” had killed Saul. However, he managed to survive and seek refuge on Elbaf. With assistance from the New Giant Warrior Pirates, he was able to save the valuable books of the Ohara scholars before going into hiding.

In chapter 1114 of One Piece, Saul can be seen laughing in his characteristic manner, “Dereshishishi!”when Vegapunk reveals that the Poneglyphs scattered throughout the world contain the true history’s memories.

It was in the East Blue village where Luffy, Zoro, and Nami first arrived and liberated it from the Buggy Pirates who had taken control. In One Piece chapter 1114, it is revealed that the mayor of Orange Town, Boodle, and his loyal dog Chouchou were present when Vegapunk’s announcement was delivered.

Margaret from the Coming Pirates

Despite its brevity, One Piece chapter 1114 also featured the appearance of Margaret. As a member of the Kuja Pirates from Amazon Lily, Margaret formed a bond with Luffy prior to the timeskip and eventually grew to care for and admire him.

Despite the World Government’s prohibition, Margaret listened to Vegapunk with reverent silence as he shared about his study of the Poneglyphs and how it led to the upper echelons wanting to assassinate him in order to keep the true history hidden.

After being defeated by Luffy, Donquixote Doflamingo lost his Warlord title and was imprisoned in Impel Down, an underwater prison. In the most recent chapter of One Piece, Doflamingo was shown conversing with Magellan about a message from Vegapunk.

Vegapunk had declared that the entire world was fated to be submerged underwater. Doflamingo then playfully taunted Magellan, jokingly reminding him that it was his responsibility to protect the prisoners if seawater were to enter the prison.

Magellan calmly acknowledged that an increase in sea level of only one meter would be sufficient to cause the entire prison to erupt in panic. He pondered the consequences of a world submerged in water. Excited by the prospect, Doflamingo chuckled and declared that it was time to relocate to a higher elevation.
