Last week, on the 4th episode of tvN’s entertainment show “Real or Rel”, Choo Sung-hoon visited a fruit market to purchase some fruits. However, when he asked for service, he accidentally referred to the shop owner as a grandmother. In response, the owner clarified that she was not a grandmother, but just a little old. Choo Sung-hoon immediately apologized and turned to the host Jeon Hyun-moo to express his embarrassment. He explained that he had mistaken her for a grandmother because of her appearance. Jeon Hyun-moo defended Choo Sung-hoon, stating that he only made that joke because he is close to the shop owner.
Not too long ago, Han Hye-jin faced criticism for referring to a woman in her 20s or 30s as “a single middle-aged woman.”This implies that, according to Han Hye-jin’s own standards, she herself, born in 1983 and currently 41 years old, would also be considered a middle-aged woman.
The YouTube channel “Psick Univ” sparked a scandal due to a controversial thumbnail for a video featuring Jang Won-young of the girl group IVE. The thumbnail was noticeably different from their usual content, with a mix-up in the English notation causing confusion. The words “PSICK SHOW”and Jang Won-young’s photos were overlapping, resulting in the letter P being covered and appearing as an F. This gave the impression of a curse word, while the word SHOW looked like “Sh e”or “Sh y”. After realizing the controversy, the thumbnail was promptly replaced.
