Solution to the Clock Puzzle
To successfully complete the Clock puzzle, you will need to collect three components: the Hour Hand, Minute Hand, and Second Hand. Make sure to acquire them in that specific order. After you find a Hand, return to the Clock to attach it. Align the Hand to a specific number and click on ‘Accept’ to unlock the door, which leads you to the next Hand.
The corresponding numbers for each Hand are as follows:

Finding the Hour Hand
The Hour Hand can be located after you solve the radio puzzle in Room 307.
Begin by finding the Valve in Room 304 and attache it to the slot adjacent to the radio. Continue turning the Valve until the radio malfunctions.
Once you have the Hour Hand, return to the Clock puzzle to access the ‘H’ room.
Finding the Minute Hand
Head to Room 210, also referred to as the ‘H’ room that you have just unlocked. The Minute Hand is located in the bathroom; you will need to break through the kitchen wall to access it.
While you’re in this area, don’t forget to pick up the Winged Key that will help you explore the Blue Creek Apartments further.
Finding the Second Hand
The Second Hand is found in the ‘M’ room. To gain access, you must first resolve a combination lock puzzle where the Hand is hidden behind a hole in the wall.
