When a McDonald’s customer tested out the lids from the chain’s collectible cups, they came across a surprise that Coca-Cola fully embraced.
After trying out the new cups, a TikToker gained popularity for sharing an unexpected hack they discovered. They poured their drink into the cup and then placed the lid of their plastic McDonald’s cup onto the collectible cup. The TikToker learned that the medium-sized cup lids fit the new cups perfectly.
After witnessing the hack, individuals were left in complete awe, with many expressing regret for not saving their lids.
According to Coca-Cola, they themselves replied, stating: “I will be trying this immediately.”

“Another person agreed, exclaiming, “Oh my gosh, I just put it on and it looks absolutely adorable!”
Upon watching the video, one person expressed their admiration for the cup and stated, “That’s actually really cool. My DoorDash order is on its way and I hope I receive the same McDonald’s cup as the one shown in the video.”
The new collectible cup range, which includes six unique designs, was launched at McDonald’s in August.

In the past, McDonald’s has had other viral prizes, such as their limited edition Super Nintendo Happy Meal collection that was released in July.
