Although the series never clarifies how Amado acquired the necessary materials for the clone, it does mention his familiarity with the legendary Sannin, his role as Naruto’s mentor, and other aspects from the original series.
It is theorized that Amado, who was fixated on Jiraiya’s destiny and sought to duplicate the Child of Prophecy, came across Nagato’s DNA at some point in his life.
