College Football 25 Players Discover Trick to Skip Long Halftime Shows

A group of 25 college football players have discovered a simple trick to bypass the lengthy and occasionally boring intro, halftime, and outro cutscenes.

Following a blowout loss or a poor performance in a game, the last thing you want to do is watch a lengthy highlight reel of your mistakes. Currently, there is no option available to skip cutscenes in the menu.

Despite putting in a significant amount of effort to ensure accurate stadium and game day presentations for all 134 FBS schools, EA understands that in the fifth year of a Dynasty rebuild, players may prefer to jump straight into the action rather than watching the same intro for the hundredth time.

Despite not being explicitly instructed on how to skip these cutscenes in College Football 25, players have discovered a simple workaround that may have been overlooked by most users.

A player from CFB 25 revealed that you have the ability to bypass any cutscene by holding down A on Xbox or X on PlayStation.

Despite its apparent simplicity, numerous users confessed that they were unaware of this as a possibility.

“One player confessed to continuously pressing buttons without thinking.”

“A second commenter mentioned that they had pressed down on all face and trigger buttons, and expressed their gratitude for the helpful tip.”

In Madden, there is an icon located at the bottom of the screen that displays how to skip highlights. Some players have argued that EA should have implemented a similar feature in this title.

“It appears to be an oversight,”a third player countered. “I’ve never actually played Madden before. I’ve simply been waiting because I believed I had exhausted all options.”
