Complete Astro Bot Serpent Starway Guide – Find All Bots, Puzzle Pieces, and Hidden Secrets

Now that Astro Bot has been released, players can expect to encounter numerous bots, collect puzzle pieces, and uncover secrets. As you progress in your mission to assemble the mothership and save the day, you will travel to different galaxies such as the Gorilla Nebula or the Tentacle System. If you require assistance in the Serpent Starway galaxy in Astro Bot, we have all the necessary information.

Serpent Starway in Astro Bot

In order to repair the mothership, players will need to conquer a third main area. Despite our efforts, the green alien has once again managed to escape us. This section will consist of four main levels, a boss level, and a themed level that must be completed to obtain the necessary items. Additionally, there are shorter secret levels scattered throughout the Serpent Starway that must be completed in order to collect all of the available items.

Slo-Mo Casino in Astro Bot

In order to find every bot and puzzle piece in the first level of the galaxy, players must master their timing by using the stopwatch to slow down time and navigate through obstacles. This is the key to successfully completing the level.

Bot #1

After navigating through the bustling intersection of airborne vehicles, take a moment to observe the fountain in front of you. Three dolphins will emerge from the water, creating platforms that you can use to reach the nearby rooftop. To reach the top, pause time with R2 and climb upwards. Defeat any adversaries in this area and the robot will descend, ready to be saved.

Bot #2

Upon entering the casino, you will find four different slot machines. The machine on the right will have a bot displayed on the screen. Pay close attention to the spinning symbols and pause the game when a row of bots appears. Press the power button to secure a winning spin and watch as the bot drops down from the screen.

Bot #3

Continuing forward from the previous section, you will come across a section with balancing planks that you must carefully cross. Take out the initial enemy here, and you will notice a robot stationed on a nearby platform. Stick to the right side of the plank, freeze time, and leap up to reach the robot.

First Puzzle Piece

As you continue upward, turn your gaze to the top right. You will then have to reposition the plank in the opposite direction in order to leap onto two narrow platforms, ultimately landing near the puzzle piece.

Puzzle Piece #2

At some point, you will come across a platform where an iguana will shoot fireballs at you. Take it down and then scan to the left of the platform. You will see a roulette wheel holding the second puzzle piece. Pause time and jump down to collect it, being mindful of the electric hazards.

Bot #4 Ring-Tailed Thief

When you reach the floating chips area and reach the top, turn around and you will see a special bot trapped behind a golden cage. Slow down time and jump over the cage, then go around it to locate the symbol puzzle. Utilize the DualSense vibration to identify the correct panel and press it in order to free the bot.

Shop #5

After defeating the card shark enemy, make sure to jump down to the left before crossing the gate. You’ll find a bot stuck on the spinning fans. Use your ability to slow down time and give it a good whack to rescue your friend.

Bot #6 Dice Tumbler

By leaping over the two large dice, you can then smash the pile of purple chips to uncover wires that are able to be pulled. This will result in the creation of a trampoline that will propel Astro to the other side, granting access to a hidden area. In this area, simply punching the large dice will lead you to the special bot.

Bot #7 Phantom Thief

Find the designated darts section, specifically the one with two darts. At the peak of the dartboard, you will come across a unique robot. Use your ability to slow down time just as the darts reach the board. This will enable you to leap over and ascend the ladder to discover this bot.

Puzzle Piece #3

In the vicinity, locate the platform from where you leap onto the darts. Pursue the coins to an alcove, where you can pause time and traverse the rotating wheels to acquire the last puzzle piece.

Bathhouse Battle in Astro Bot

This level is all about becoming bigger, so make sure to prepare for the new sponge power-up as you search for the different collectibles.

Bot 1

To reach the first area, you will need to cross a small bridge. The initial bot can be found trapped inside one of the statues.

Puzzle Piece #1

Upon acquiring the power-up, absorb water and then use it to spray the green patch that is surrounded by a batch of saplings. This action will reveal the initial puzzle piece.

Bot #2

Once the fire enemies on the lantern have been extinguished, repeat the process with the mudslinging enemies in order to discover this bot hidden beneath the substances.

Bot #3

After removing the nearby bamboo shoots, search for the massive bamboo pole located to the side. Use it to create a waterway that leads to a different location where the robot can be found.

Puzzle Piece #2

At the location where two fiery adversaries stand next to a pool of water, turn to your right and you will come across a painting with a mudslinger. By utilizing the water, you can remove the mud from the painting and reveal the hidden puzzle piece.

Bot #4

A sapling, which can be watered, will be located on the opposite side of this area. As it grows taller, the bot can be found at its highest point.

Secret Level Entrance

As you continue on the level, you will come across a row of fiery enemies on the rooftops, blocking your path. On your left, you will see a solitary island with a beautiful cherry blossom tree. Make sure you have collected enough water and then jump over to the island. From there, use the tree to reach the flaming chimney, put out the fire, and jump into the secret level portal.

Bot #5

Continuing along the same path, beyond the rooftops where the enemies are on fire, you will encounter a series of metal pipes that require careful navigation. The fifth robot can be found hanging to the right.

Bot #6: Creepy Sightjacker

In order to defeat the blazing enemies in this area, make your way to the top of the rooftops from the previous location and use the nearby water. On the right side, you’ll find a bot cowering behind a raised platform.

Puzzle Piece #3

In that exact location, utilize your enormous size to demolish the crates and release the water onto the sponges, creating platforms. This puzzle piece can be found on the stack of sponges on the right tower.

Bot #7 Pure-Hearted Puppet

Located at the highest point, a massive circle adorned with a fiery creature is present. Revert to your larger size by utilizing the water above, then use your newfound weight to shatter the circle, descending into a region filled with lava where the final bot is located.
