Hero Siege Beginner’s Guide, FAQs, and Tips
Game Modes: Local vs. Online Play
At the start of your Hero Siege journey, you’ll be presented with two gameplay options: Play Local and Play Online. While both modes offer a similar gaming experience, the Online mode allows for multiplayer interactions and leaderboard rankings. Consequently, it’s highly recommended to opt for online play by creating a new account.
Does Hero Siege Feature Local Co-op?
Previously, Hero Siege offered a local co-op option, permitting you to team up with a friend or control two characters using separate controllers. Unfortunately, this local co-op feature has been discontinued, meaning online multiplayer mode is your only option for cooperative gameplay with friends or other players.
Character Classes in Hero Siege

Hero Siege boasts an expansive variety of character classes, each paired with unique skills and abilities. Upon selecting a character, players can also choose the gameplay mode (as indicated in the image above). For newcomers, it’s advisable to stick with Seasonal mode, as Odyssey mode disables multiplayer and Hardcore mode increases the game’s difficulty level.
