Complete Cargo X Part 4 in Escape from Tarkov: A Step-by-Step Guide

The Cargo X questline in Escape from Tarkov is a lengthy adventure that primarily takes place on Shoreline. You will find yourself running the Shoreline map repeatedly, allowing you to become quite familiar with it. However, in Cargo X Part 4, the quest requires you to venture to Lighthouse to locate and mark a TerraGroup cargo using an MS2000 Marker. Here’s a guide to the TerraGroup cargo location in Lighthouse to help you complete the Cargo X Part 4 quest from Peacekeeper in Escape from Tarkov.

To successfully complete the Cargo X Part 4 task, you must accomplish the following objectives in Lighthouse:

  • Locate and mark the TerraGroup cargo with an MS2000 Marker in Lighthouse
  • Survive and extract from the location

Once you have located and marked the TerraGroup cargo, it’s important to note that you don’t have to survive and extract from the same raid. If you die after marking the cargo, that objective will remain completed, and you will only need to survive and extract from Lighthouse during another raid to finish the task.

So, where can you find this TerraGroup cargo?

The TerraGroup cargo is situated near the shore, almost centrally located on the Lighthouse map. As you follow the shore from the bridge leading to the Lighthouse, you will pass the abandoned Scav house and the highest mountain point near the main road. Continuing north along the shore, you will eventually encounter a blue metal container alongside several random boxes. If you come across two small houses, you have gone too far north.

There is a heavy wooden box beside the blue container, which is the TerraGroup cargo you need to mark with your MS2000 marker. Place the MS2000 marker on this cargo and prepare to defend the area. Given that this location is quite exposed, it’s advisable to take cover behind the blue container until the marking timer expires.

Upon completing the task, you can either head directly to the nearest extraction point or continue with other Lighthouse quests. If you spawn on the northern checkpoint side, aim to extract at the southern road extraction point. Conversely, if you spawn near the southern road extraction point, you can head to the northern checkpoint extraction point or utilize the vehicle extraction option near the water treatment plant.

Additionally, you can work on the Energy Crisis task, as all objectives for that quest are located within the water treatment plant and the railyard. The water treatment facility also offers decent loot opportunities, allowing you to earn extra funds during your extraction journey.
