Black Ops 6 Zombies has garnered a positive reaction from players, who are actively engaging in the main storyline’s Easter egg quest and searching for the Mister Peeks theme. As is customary, Liberty Falls is filled with numerous hidden secrets waiting to be uncovered.
These side quests range from playful gags implemented by the developers to genuinely beneficial rewards that can significantly enhance your gameplay. The common thread is that these secrets aren’t easily identifiable, meaning even the most dedicated players could overlook them after countless hours on the map.
Fortunately, we’ve compiled a comprehensive list of every side Easter egg currently found in Liberty Falls within Black Ops 6, allowing you to tackle them with ease.
Black Ops 6 Vending Machine Easter Egg
The inaugural and simplest Easter egg at Liberty Falls in Black Ops 6 is a vending machine that dispenses free items right at the beginning of a match. You can find it located beneath the motel directly across from the spawn area, where a melee hit is all that’s required to activate it.
This can be utilized once per round, providing a random prize each time. You could receive simple gains like Salvage or Essence, or even valuable Perks such as Juggernog, or a Rare Aether Tool for weapon upgrades.
If you prefer not to wait, you can acquire the Melee Machiatto Perk for one additional strike, resulting in a bounty of rewards all at once. However, this action will immediately destroy the machine, making it unusable for the remainder of the game.
Free Items and Points in Liberty Falls
Although they may not be as impactful as some of the other Easter eggs listed here, Treyarch has placed multiple beneficial items and power-ups throughout Liberty Falls. Memorizing their locations is crucial for enduring the later rounds.
Bonus Points
Players can snag 500 bonus points by shooting the dollar sign displayed in the right-side window of Olly’s Comics.
For additional points, venture into Liberty Lanes and target the balls on the pool table. By doing so, they will swiftly roll into the pockets, allowing points to cascade onto the floor for collection.
Power-Ups
A Max Ammo canister is positioned on the bridge just behind the initial spawn point; shooting it will instantly replenish the ammo for both you and your squad.
To find a free Insta Kill, go to the back of the church where the Pack-a-Punch machine is typically located and look up at the roof. A skull can be seen there — hitting it will provide a temporary free Insta Kill.
Lastly, a free Nuke Power-up can be found atop the Alamo Bank. By peeking through the broken glass, you’ll spot the bomb resting on the chandelier — shoot it to eliminate a large number of zombies instantly.
Perks
Many Perks are available via specific vending machines dispersed throughout Liberty Falls. However, Deadshot Daiquiri is notably absent. Thankfully, there’s a hidden challenge to unlock this particular Perk.
To take on this challenge, head to the cemetery adjacent to the church; you’ll discover a gap in the fence at the back-right corner near an ammo refill station. You’ll find five cans positioned on a wall that must be shot in quick succession without any misses.
Successfully hitting each can will reward you with Deadshot Daiquiri. If you happen to miss one, don’t fret — the cans will respawn later during the match, giving you another chance. It’s advisable to attempt this using a Sniper Rifle or by switching your Assault Rifle to single-fire mode.
Black Ops 6 Falling Zombies Easter Egg
One of the quirky Easter eggs featured in Black Ops 6 Zombies allows players to make zombies fall from the sky, a surprisingly simple trick. Just cook a grenade and toss it at the head mounted on one of the spikes on the church’s roof.
After the explosion, you’ll see zombies crashing down around you after a few moments. Take caution, as any that land directly atop you will inflict minor damage to your health bar.
While this secret may seem light-hearted, it’s incredibly advantageous. Each downed zombie drops random loot, from points to armor plates and Killstreaks.
Disco-Dancing Zombies Easter Egg
Indeed, you read correctly! For those looking for a brief break from the mayhem, there’s an Easter egg that causes zombies to abandon their attacks in exchange for a dance party. Here’s how to initiate it:
- Proceed to Riverside, where two Viewfinders are located side by side.
- Spend 50 points to look through the first Viewfinder.
- Look towards the top of the cliff on the right to find a dancing zombie.
- Use the second Viewfinder and gaze at the same zombie once again.
- Exit the Viewfinder, and you’ll hear music blaring through the town’s sound system.
- All of the zombies will momentarily hop onto the bus behind you and begin dancing.
Superhero Easter Egg
Throughout Liberty Falls in Black Ops 6, numerous references can be found pertaining to a superhero called ‘Aetherella,’ and with some effort, players can even embody this heroic character.
To achieve this transformation, first locate all necessary parts and craft them. You must also find and collect nine Aetherella statues distributed across the map, with four of them found within Olly’s Comics.
Locate the statues through the following guide:
1. On a table to the right of the entrance in Olly’s Comics.
2. On a shelf to the left of the prominent Aetherella display.
3. On another shelf positioned above the Quick Revive machine.
4. Underneath a boarded-up window.
5. Positioned at the right-hand window on the front of the church.
6. Located on the Liberty Lanes bowling alley sign.
7. On top of the ‘motel’ sign where players first spawn.
8. At the window directly across if you stand on the roof above the Speed Cola machine.
9. Clear the debris on the Alamo Bank’s rooftop, drop down, and you will see the last statue on the adjacent roof.
Once you’ve collected all nine statues, you will instantly transform into Aetherella for two minutes. In this form, you will be invulnerable and can fire purple lasers from your eyes, allowing you to eliminate zombies with ease.
Mister Peeks Bowling Alley Easter Egg
Mister Peeks’ bowling alley challenge represents one of the more inventive Easter eggs in BO6 Zombies, requiring players to locate and shoot five pairs of his bowling shoes hidden throughout the map. These shoes are particularly elusive, as they reside behind windows at zombie spawn points that players can’t access, making them easily overlooked without a focused search.
Below are the locations of all five pairs:
1. Across from the motel below the roof you spawn on.
2. In Frank’s Hardware directly in front of Olly’s Comics.
3. In the last house on the right as you travel from Olly’s Comics to the cemetery, located beneath a chair on the right.
4. Hanging from a tree in the back of the cemetery.
5. Located in the funeral services area across from Liberty Lanes, resting on top of a coffin on the left side.
After you’ve located all five pairs, you’ll be whisked away to Liberty Lanes, where zombies will roam across the bowling lanes, and Mister Peeks will be hovering before you. He will present you with a magical bowling ball that can be charged and rolled down the lane.
Your main goal is to knock over as many zombies as possible within a two-minute time limit, with your performance determining the quality of loot Mister Peeks will provide you once the timer expires.
Those are all the side Easter eggs found in Liberty Falls within Black Ops 6 at this time. It’s likely that more are hidden or may be added in future updates, and we will keep this guide updated with any new discoveries.
