Consuming a slice of Birthday Cake will restore 20 health and 20 shields—10 for each bite. You can circle around the Birthday Cake stand and grab all the slices, which can total a replenishment of 80 health and shield points.
There are a total of 10 Birthday Cakes distributed throughout the Fortnite map. Surrounding each cake stand are slices you can collect and eat to regain health and shields. Here’s where to find each cake:
- The Underworld: Find the Birthday Cake stand in the west corner of the Underworld, nestled within the temple.
- Grim Gate: Located on the southern bank of the Grim Gate river.
- Doomstadt: At the center of Doomstadt, close to Mysterio‘s spawn points.
- Castle Doom: This Birthday Cake is situated in the northeastern part of the castle.
- Restored Reels: Near the Coliseum’s stage, the Birthday Cake stand awaits.
- Reckless Railways: Just before the station’s entrance, adjacent to Valeria’s mansion, there’s a Birthday Cake stand.
- Grand Glacier: You can discover this Birthday Cake in the southeast area of Grand Glacier, right outside the mansion.
- The Raft: In the northwest corner of The Raft, near the prison where Gwenpool’s secret quests are found.
