To acquire the Cat Clothes, travel to Kakariko Village west of Hyrule Castle. Speak with an elderly man in front of a blue-roofed house.

He’ll explain that he lost his cat and that a young woman at the shop possesses a Cat Outfit helpful for conversing with the village cats. Engage with the woman then proceed to the windmill (north of the shop) and use your Grilled Fish Aroma Echo to draw the cat away from the dirt patch.

Once exposed, summon a Holmill over the patch to unearth a bag. The woman will then reward you with the Cat Clothes for returning her essential item.

After freeing her, return to Hyrule Castle and talk to the king to claim your Customary Attire as a reward. Keep in mind that you must mend the main rifts to access this quest, so progress through the main storyline before returning to Hyrule Castle.
