In Test Drive Unlimited: Solar Crown, players can earn two legendary cars by locating wreck collectibles scattered across Hong Kong Island. This guide will assist you in discovering all wreck locations in Test Drive Unlimited: Solar Crown.
Wreck Locations in Test Drive Unlimited: Solar Crown
A total of 28 wrecks are hidden across the 14 districts of Hong Kong Island. These wrecks fall into two categories: off-road and classic. We have categorized them by district and included images that display exact map locations and environmental visuals.
If you have trouble finding a specific wreck location, you can rely on the proximity icon and the beeping sound that indicates your distance from nearby wrecks. You can also monitor the total number of wrecks discovered in each district via the icons displayed on your map screen.
District 1 – Aberdeen
Off-Road Wreck #1
Located just north of the gas station in Aberdeen, right before entering the tunnel.
Off-Road Wreck #2
This wreck is located off a hidden trail to the right of the Meeting Point at the dirt road intersection. Go to the end of this hidden trail near the water’s edge; an off-road vehicle is recommended.
Classic Wreck Location
Yes, another wreck is located in the mountains along a hidden dirt path. This one can be found south, closer to the Aberdeen town center.
District 2 – Causeway Bay
Off-Road Wreck Location
To find this wreck, head south of the Solar Hotel and take the hidden trail beyond the wooden plank walkway. It is situated on a small isle.
Classic Wreck Location
Located right underneath a highway system just north of the Causeway Bay gas station.
District 3 – Central District
Off-Road Wreck Location
Northeast of the British Dealership, you will find a pier with stairs; the VW Beetle wreck is located down those stairs tucked around a corner.
District 4 – Pok Fu Lam
Off-Road Wreck Location
To reach this wreck, some navigation is required. Enter the trail from the southern direction, passing the speed trap north of the British Classic dealership. Turn left to access the hidden path; continue along until you find stairs leading to the wrecked Beetle.
Classic Wreck Location
In the southwest corner of Pok Fu Lam lies a small city center. Navigate behind the city center via the hidden dirt pathway to discover the wreck situated along this track.
District 5 – Quarry Bay
Off-Road Wreck Location
There’s a single entrance to this wreck’s location. The first image demonstrates the entry point on the map. Follow the dirt path to the end, as shown in the second image, to reach the Beetle.
Classic Wreck Location
This wreck can be found northeast of the Quarry Bay Meeting Point, directly opposite a pirate ship.
District 6 – Happy Valley
Off-Road Wreck Location
This wreck is located at the corner of a gas station.
Classic Wreck Location
To find this wreck, enter the Happy Valley speedway and head to the northern corner; it is located on a secret path that leads away from the main track.
District 7 – Repulse Bay
Off-Road Wreck Location
This wreck is situated directly on the beach, just south of the Ferrari dealership.
Classic Wreck Location
Further up from the main road leading to Repulse Bay town, you will encounter a golf course. Take a secret path that leads up towards the end where the classic Mercedes is positioned against a small building.
District 8 – Chai Wan
Off-Road Wreck Location
To access this wreck, you can take one of two routes: a winding road from the hilltop, or approach from the bottom of the hill past some apartments. The wreck is situated next to some benches in front of several buildings.
Classic Wreck Location
North of the Street HQ, the wreck is located in the center of a shipping yard filled with containers.
District 9 – Shek O
Off-Road Wreck Location
Follow the small hidden path up the hill, and you’ll discover the wreck positioned near a building overlooking the lake.
Classic Wreck Location
This wreck is located at the far eastern end of Hong Kong Island. Go east of the Meeting Point and follow the northern hidden trail until you reach its end.
District 10 – Stanley
Off-Road Wreck Location
The Beetle is parked off the main road next to a van and a house.
Classic Wreck Location
To find this wreck, locate the hidden trail entrance shown in the image. Follow the trail down to the point depicted in the second image, where the wreck is next to a house.
District 11 – Tai Tam
Off-Road Wreck Location
North of the Tai Tam Meeting Point, there exists a small hidden trail; follow the dirt path to its end to discover the Beetle wreck.
Classic Wreck Location
Locate the hidden trail entrance south of the speed track, as shown in the image. Follow this hidden path north and take the first fork leading up to the wreck situated above.
District 12 – Victoria Peak
Classic Wreck Location
Proceed northeast from the Offroad dealership. The wreck is located in a construction zone just behind some orange barriers.
District 13 – Wan Chai
Off-Road Wreck Location
Head south from the Wan Chai Meeting Point to find the wreck situated beneath an open garage.
Classic Wreck Location
Two blocks south of the gas station, you’ll spot a ramp; the wreck is located to the left of this ramp.
District 14 – Western District
Off-Road Wreck Location
Travel north of the Meeting Point and follow the concealed pier trail all the way west to the marked point on the map.
Classic Wreck Location #1
This wreck is found atop the mountain south of the Sharp HQ. Just follow the road to the summit of the mountain to find the wreck sheltered by a building.
Classic Wreck Location #2
This wreck can be found in the large garage to the northwest of the American Classic dealership.
