These Photo Spot locations are represented as small cardboard cut-out frames scattered throughout various worlds. They are often hidden away, requiring players to explore each environment carefully while also searching for bots and puzzle pieces.
When you position Astro within the frame of a Photo Spot, the camera zooms out, revealing nearby animals and characters, creating the ideal shot. Below is a table listing the known locations, which will be updated as more are discovered.

How to Take Photos in Astro Bot
Although you can take screenshots in Astro Bot whenever you want, these will not count towards the Strike A Pose! trophy. To qualify for the trophy, you must first collect enough puzzle pieces to unlock the Safari Park area in the Crash Site.
This area features a sample of all the biomes and wildlife you encounter during the story, from deserts to icy tundras. Upon your first visit, you’ll unlock the camera functionality. Simply press up on the D-pad to enter Photo Mode, where you can adjust the camera position and visual settings, capturing your shot with the R2 button.
To earn the Strike A Pose! trophy, you’ll need to use this camera feature in conjunction with one of the Photo Spot locations noted above. Achieving this brings you one step closer to earning the coveted Platinum trophy.
These are the complete list of Photo Spot locations in Astro Bot and the method for taking photos in the game.
