To successfully complete the Disease History quest, you must locate and retrieve two medical records housed within the Reserve map, specifically inside the hospital, also referred to as the white bishop building. Upon entering, you’ll encounter two staircases—one leads downwards and the other spirals up to the second floor and the rooftop. Both medical records are behind locked doors on the second floor.

Before embarking on your raid, ensure you have the following keys:

RB-SMP

It’s advisable to go bagless and prioritize quest completion over looting. This strategy can facilitate a safer extraction via the Sewer Manhole, located near the small room with eight drawers, or through the RB-ST extraction point on the garage side.

If you’re considering tackling additional quests, be mindful that many of them involve bunker-related tasks. Be cautious, as players frequently camp the D2 extraction point, making it a notorious hotspot for unexpected encounters.

Once at the hospital’s second floor, you can choose to head left or right. The RB-KSM door is positioned to your right, while the RB-SMP door can be found on your left.

Upon opening the RB-KSM door, you will find the medical journal resting in the lowest compartment of an open cabinet. This item has a fixed spawn location, differentiating it from similar quests like Passion for Ergonomics, where items may appear in various spots.

After unlocking the RB-SMP door, you’ll notice two small counters on your right. The medical journal you seek is tucked between these counters.

For extraction, you’ll want to make your way either through open areas or alongside buildings. Head towards the broken fence and search for a truck; the rear of this truck grants access to the Sewer Manhole extraction point where going prone can enhance your cover.

If you opt for the D2 extraction route, navigate to one of the two pawn buildings adjacent to the hospital. Once you enter the bunker, proceed to the control room, break the window leading to the rear, and activate the power. From there, follow the path leading towards the stairway heading to the white king building, but instead of ascending, continue to your left down another flight of stairs.

The route becomes straightforward until you reach an open server room. Upon entering, turn left to access the D2 extraction point. Be vigilant, as corners along this path may harbor PMCs, making it a hotspot for ambushes by more stealthy players.
