This quest takes place in Streets of Tarkov, where the real estate fund is relatively easy to find. It is situated near the cinema and adjacent to the vehicle extraction point. Players can also find two PMC spawn spots close by. Securing these spots makes it easier to complete the task since the vehicle extraction is accessible. Note that you don’t need to “survive”the raid; you can exit as a run-through once you have procured the document.

If you possess the key—which is optional—you can access this office and check for two additional spawn locations for the documents. However, if you have found the document in one of the first four spawns, then this is unnecessary. It’s your choice whether to invest in the key or rely on luck to spawn in the earlier locations.
