In the First Descendent, weapons are just as important as a well-leveled character. Without a sufficiently leveled weapon, you will deal minimal damage and may eventually succumb to your enemies in battle.
While completing missions and playing the game, you have the opportunity to obtain various weapons. Although all of them have their uses, it is important to prioritize leveling up the ones with better stats while sacrificing the others. This process is not as simple as a single click, but it is straightforward.
1. Leveling Up Weapons in The First Descendent
After achieving Mastery Rank 3, players are able to upgrade their weapons at any repair station workbench in the First Descendant. By utilizing the workbench, they can enhance their desired weapon by feeding it a higher-level weapon.
It is challenging to level up weapons without a Weapon EXP system, as the only option is to feed them high-quality weapons. Players must put in effort to obtain these weapons and hope for some good ones.
Furthermore, in order to enhance weapons, it is necessary to obtain Phase Exchangers. These can be acquired from Anais in Albion by trading in 2500 Gold and 50 Super Alloy, which can be obtained by dismantling Common and Rare weapons.
Note: To upgrade Ultimate (GOLD) weapons, you’ll need Liquid Metals, which are rarer than Phase Exchangers.
2. How to Level up any Weapon in the First Descendant
To easily level up any weapon in the First Descendant, simply follow the steps listed below.
- Acquire a sufficient quantity of Phase Exchangers from Magister Anais.
- First, inspect all of your weapons and then determine which gun you want to enhance. Choose a more advanced gun that you are willing to give up.
- Go to a workstation and select the Weapon Level Transmission feature.
- Choose the “weapon for transmission,”meaning the weapon you wish to prioritize leveling up.
- Choose the more advanced gun that you are willing to give up in order to raise the level of your initial weapon. Your weapons can be upgraded up to a maximum level of 100.
- To enhance your weapon’s level, simply click on the Weapon Level Transmission button.
