The start of Chapter 5 Season 4 brought an NPC roster featuring four new characters: Captain Jonesy, Peelverine, War Machine, and a remixed Heroic Hope version. The other eight characters have returned from previous updates.
With the release of the 31.10 update on September 4, both Gwenpool and Shuri were added, allowing players to purchase Gwenpool’s Dual Micro SMGs mythic weapon for 600 Gold Bars.
The 31.20 update saw Iron Man take center stage, becoming part of the NPC roster in Chapter 5 Season 4. Players can interact with this iconic Marvel character to buy the new Iron Man Combat Kit mythic for 600 Gold Bars, as well as the returning Stark Industries Energy Rifle for 300 Gold Bars.

All 15 NPC characters are distributed across the Chapter 5 Season 4 map. Some are closely situated near each other, while others can be found at the map’s edges, far from nearby NPCs or named POIs.
These 15 NPC characters are placed at various POIs on the Battle Royale map.
As illustrated, regardless of your landing spot or travel route during Battle Royale matches, there will always be an NPC nearby. However, if they’re not present at their designated locations, they may have been eliminated or hired already.

In Season 4, Wasteland Warrior NPC bosses drop unique Medallions, each offering special abilities alongside unique Mythic weapons.
Here are the boss locations, along with the Mythic weapons and items they drop upon defeat:
- Doombot – Spawns at Castle Doom (drops the Siphon Medallion, Doctor Doom’s Arcane Gauntlets mythic, and the Monarch Pistol mythic)
- Mysterio – Found at Doomstadt (drops the Stealth Medallion and the Sovereign Shotgun mythic)
- Emma Frost – Appears at The Raft (drops the Reveal Medallion and the Striker Burst AR mythic)
