In the world of “Once Human”, Deviants enrich your gameplay with various benefits. Combat Deviants introduce exciting elements in battles, featuring distinct skills and powerful passive abilities that can significantly boost your damage output. On the other hand, Territory Deviants enhance resource management by continuously farming materials in your designated Territory, even during your absence. If you encounter a Shiny (or Morphed) Deviant, you’ll unlock additional bonuses that further elevate their potential! Below, we present a comprehensive guide to all Shiny Deviant locations and their stats.
Finding All Shiny Deviants in Once Human
To successfully track down Shiny Deviants, knowing their locations is essential. Unfortunately, there’s no guaranteed method to find a specific Shiny variant, so patience and persistence will be your best allies! We’ve categorized all Deviants into three groups: Territorial, Combat, and Event. For an added advantage, be sure to check the current Once Human codes.
Category | Deviant Name |
---|---|
Territorial | Growshroom, Extradimensional Cat, Fetch-A-Lot Bunny, The Digby Boy |
Combat | Butterfly’s Emissary, Festering Gel |
Event | Dr. Teddy, Logging Beaver, Shattered Maiden, Buzzy Bee |
Territorial Shiny Deviant Locations
Territorial Deviants can enhance your Territory by improving Moods, generating Deviant Points, and collecting resources during your downtime. To find them efficiently, it’s crucial to identify the resources each one will gather for you.
Locating the Shiny Growshroom
Growshrooms may emerge while you’re gathering mushrooms. Although these fungi tend to thrive in forested areas, we found that rivers and other water bodies significantly increase your chances. Our prime location for farming is the cave northwest of Sunbury Middle School.
Trace the river while foraging for mushrooms until you reach the cave’s opposite side. Remember, mushrooms respawn when no players are within a certain distance. Fortunately, this radius is quite small, enabling you to traverse the cave repeatedly in search of the elusive Shiny Deviant!
Alternatively, you can attract Deviants by cultivating mushrooms within your Territory. When you harvest them, there’s a chance for a Shiny Deviant to appear.

Locating the Shiny Extradimensional Cat
Shiny Extradimensional Cats can be found in designated Safe Zone locations across various regions. To optimize your search, utilize the Teleportation Tower to switch worlds and visit these vital spots:
- Deadsville: The red house’s second floor, located northwest of the Teleportation Tower.
- Meyer’s Market: In the Secure Unit office, north of the Teleportation Tower.
- Greywater Camp: Inside the bungalow container housing the Wish Machine, east of the Teleportation Tower.
- Tall Grass Inn: Near the Cold BEVERAGES bar, north of the Teleportation Tower.
- Blackfell: On the second floor of the bar, east of the Teleportation Tower.

Locating the Shiny Fetch-A-Lot Bunny
Shiny Fetch-A-Lot Bunnies materialize when players chop down Bald Cypress and Dracaena trees. Similar to mushrooms, these trees respawn after players move a certain distance away, allowing for an effective farming cycle. Among our strategies, we found high success near the massive Bald Cypress situated in Iron River (coordinates 4958, -4259).

Locating the Shiny The Digby Boy
Shiny The Digby Boys are encountered during Silver Ore mining. These Deviants can be particularly elusive due to the rarity of Silver Ores. They often mimic the appearance of other ores like Tin, Aluminum, and Tungsten, complicating identification. Silver Ores typically cluster near other metals, such as Copper or Tin. Thus, if you spot a set of ores with a peculiar one among them, it might just be Silver!

Combat Shiny Deviant Locations
Combat Deviants enhance your gameplay by providing critical skills that improve your accuracy and survival rates. They can be acquired as rewards from bosses or discovered in specific high-level spawn zones. Be prepared to engage in battle to secure these Deviants!
Locating the Shiny Butterfly’s Emissary
To acquire Shiny Butterfly’s Emissaries, there are two main approaches. Firstly, check the spawn point at the 73 Source Extraction Point, located on the northeastern roof near the Rift Anchor. Exercise caution, as this area is populated with high-level foes—aim for a level of at least 45 before venturing here.
The second method involves inspecting Secure Units in each Safe Zone:
- Deadsville: In a shed located northeast of the Teleportation Tower.
- Meyer’s Market: In the office to the north of the Teleportation Tower (also a location for the Extradimensional Cat).
- Greywater Camp: On the roof (third floor) of the blue building directly north of the Teleportation Tower.
- Tall Grass Inn: Within a small storage area north of the Cold BEVERAGES bar, along the back wall.
- Blackfell: Situated under a tarp-roofed section south of the two-story bar.
Keep in mind that the Deviant within the Secure Unit may not always be a Butterfly Emissary, but checking these spots is worthwhile! This strategy is particularly beneficial for newer players seeking a combat advantage.
