This quest stands out among others, as it requires the use of an emote to advance. Players must position themselves accurately and select the appropriate emote to move forward in the quest.
Throughout Diablo 4, including its Vessel of Hatred expansion, emote-based quests are quite common. Here’s a step-by-step guide on how to successfully complete the Secret of the Spring quest within the main game.
Completing the Secret of the Spring Quest in Diablo 4
After acquiring the quest initiation note, you will read: “Beacon of warmth in winter’s embrace, patience rewarded by nature’s own grace.” Your next step is to navigate to the designated area on your map where a hot spring is located.
Once you arrive at the hot spring, stand directly adjacent to it and utilize the Wait emote. To do this, you must access the emote menu and assign the Wait emote for use.
After you have assigned it, simply hit the corresponding button to activate the emote, which will allow your character to perform the animation. This action will conclude the quest, granting you your well-earned reward!
This quest location is situated within the Fractured Peaks area.
Finding the Secret of the Spring Quest in Diablo 4
If you’re eager to add this quest to your Diablo 4 achievements, the initiation note can be found in the Fractured Peaks region.
Look for a cluster of four grapple points, with an Altar of Lilith positioned just below the bottom-right grapple point. The note will be located on one of the middle interactable ledges, just beneath the central one.
A blue exclamation mark will indicate the note’s presence, making it easier to spot. Collect the note to commence the Secret of the Spring quest.
