To begin, you need to recruit workers, which becomes available once you reach shop level 10. You can unlock additional workers at every five-level milestone and have the option to hire several at once. Even though each worker has a specific restocking speed stat, it isn’t the most crucial factor, as we will discuss further in this guide.

To hire workers, simply pay the processing fee, and they will begin their duties the next day. You’ll find the worker waiting outside your shop, identifiable by a red exclamation point above their head. Click on the worker to interact with them, allowing you to assign them to restock, manage the counter, take a break, or even terminate their employment.

Instruct them to restock, and they will get to work, replenishing all the shelves with your remaining inventory.

You may have noticed that some workers are less than efficient. At the end of the workday, they can drop the boxes they’ve been carrying and leave the store abruptly, which can be quite frustrating if you have a busy shop with limited space.

To effectively manage restocking, it’s beneficial to fill your shop with plenty of stocked shelves for all the products you sell. When a new day begins, hold off on opening the store immediately. Wait a moment, and your workers will arrive. Since the shop hasn’t opened yet, the timer remains at 8:00 AM, allowing your workers to restock freely without your store being operational.

This essentially means your workers are restocking without consuming any of your in-game time. While they are busy replenishing the inventory, you can take advantage of this moment to open packs or place additional product orders.

Once your shelves are adequately stocked, you can proceed to open the shop for business. Notably, this strategy is effective regardless of whether your workers have fast or very fast restocking speeds—opting for the most affordable workers is a viable tactic.

As a management tip for improved restocking efficiency, disable the option that allows workers to fill empty shelf spaces with products randomly. Directly label shelf spaces to ensure workers occupy them with your chosen products.

For instance, you can standardize one shelf to hold Rare Destiny Boxes, even if you intend to utilize only part of the space for that specific item. If any remaining sections lack labels and you plan to place boxes that you haven’t unlocked yet, those Rare Destiny Boxes may temporarily occupy those areas. This helps maintain organization and prevents workers from cluttering your shelves with random products in the future.
