Each chapter of *Crime Scene Cleaner* features hidden secrets and collectibles. Achievements can typically be acquired as you advance, but some are restricted to specific chapters.
Chapter 0: Bad Call

Your journey begins with a phone call from Tyler, your friend’s son, who needs your help to clean a messy situation.
Upon entering the building, locate the apartment key hidden under a box on the shelf to the right of the door. Grab the key, unlock the door, and start your cleaning tasks.
The first piece of evidence is a phone on the lounge floor. Be sure to collect it by pressing E after picking it up to ensure it registers.
The second piece, an additional phone on a shelf in the dining area, precedes the kitchen where you find your first body. The third evidence piece, a knife embedded in the body, is awaiting collection.
The fourth piece of evidence can be spotted on the kitchen windowsill. Once cleaned up, venture into the back room behind the kitchen to grab the cash Tyler left for you, which counts as your last piece of evidence.
Upon retrieving the envelope, check to your right for a trapdoor leaking blood. Pull the string to reveal a second body that falls out.
Ascend the stairs to discover a secret attic not mentioned in the mission brief. Here, you need to locate four more pieces of evidence and the final body.

Play a music cassette for the first time
In the attic, find two evidence pieces, gruesome pictures, on the cork board near the entrance. Once collected, check to your left for a Cassette Tape on the table with the radio.
Pass through the room with growing weed to discover the third body. Before clearing it, check the small table to your right for the second piece of evidence (a camera). Another evidence piece is located at the back of this area and consists of the victim’s student card.

Secret #1
The first Secret area can be reached upon entering the building. Ascend one flight of stairs to your right and find an open window with flower pots on the sill. Crouch through the window and walk along the railing to the left.
Land on the roof, then turn left to find a makeshift area for playing cards.
Secret #2
The second secret is accessible from the apartment. Examine the room opposite the bathroom for a window boarded up with wooden planks and break them. Navigate the railing to reach the construction lift on the opposite side of the building.
Achievement: Beaver f*cking!
Smash wooden boards for this achievement
Descend via the lift and locate another boarded window ahead. Break through and find a Cassette Tape on the shelf next to the shrine inside.
Secret #3
To access the final secret, obtain two lucky keys. The first is in the hidden apartment reached by proceeding straight after climbing the first flight of stairs. Look next to a statue on a small box in this apartment to find the first key.
Next, head to the area below the construction lift you took to find the second lucky key on a box beside a baseball. Do not leave yet, as you’ll need these keys to open the gate.
With the first key, unlock the gate and proceed through to discover a second gate requiring the second key to unlock. Inside, obtain the Cassette Tape resting on the heater to complete all secrets in the first mission.
Don’t forget to take the fertilizer in this room for the Strawberry Fields Forever achievement.

Pet Dexter, your dog at home to unlock this achievement
Your first job for Big Jim awaits you at Miko’s Spa & Wellness. Initially, you’ll be stuck at the main doors, so begin by cleaning the first room and moving into the men’s bathroom.
You’ll notice lockers that are currently locked, but you can enter the main building through the second door past the shower.
Evidence is available around the pool: a cellphone and an ice pick. To drain the pool, head through the door that requires hacking. The hack is simple; just press the numbers shown at the bottom when the line crosses them at the top.
In this new room, turn the wrenches linked to the pipes on the right wall and press the button on the electric box to drain the pool.
The third piece of evidence, a gun, is located in the pool area. Once the area is cleaned, the fourth piece can be found in the relaxation room to the right of the main area – a pizza cutter.
To find the last pieces of evidence, collect all member cards to access the previously mentioned lockers. Here’s where to find all member cards:
- Member Card 1: In the first open locker in the men’s bathroom.
- Member Card 2: On the floor in the main relaxation room, near the front door.
- Member Card 3: On a towel stack in the room with the pizza cutter victim.
- Member Card 4: Inside the pool, sticking out of the vent.
- Member Card 5: In the pink room to the right of the main area, next to a towel stack.
- Member Card 6: On the floor in the steam room.
After collecting all cards, make sure to open the lockers in both the men’s and women’s bathrooms. You will find a handgun, business card, recording, and a Cassette Tape in one of the lockers.

Complete the Trial by Blood mission to earn this achievement.
Secret #1
After opening all lockers, you will come across a VIP Member Card. Once you acquire it, return to the room where you drained the pool and check the wall beside the desk for a ‘VIP’ marker. Interact with it now.
Doing so grants you the Gold on the Ceiling achievement. Head back to the pool area where a new room has been unlocked at the back. Here, you can discover another Cassette Tape, the last locker card, and valuables to take home.
Secret #2
Using the Locker Card from the VIP room, open the last locker in the women’s bathroom. Inside, you’ll find some cash and a poster.

Chapter 2: Toxic Love

This chapter is smaller, requiring some investigation to unlock all rooms. Start in the kitchen to grab the first piece of evidence, a cellphone on the counter.
The second piece of evidence, knuckle dusters, lies on the floor beneath the dripping blood. To access the full room, look left for a large painting. Interact with it to discover a secret room housing another body.

Destroy 30 objects
Before heading downstairs, find the first Cassette Tape on a shelf toward the back of the ground floor, located next to the living room on the left.
On the upper floor, check the walkway for the fourth evidence (a cellphone) and the fifth (a gun) on the landing at the far end of the corridor.
Finally, the sixth and last piece of evidence is located next to the bathtub in the bathroom on the first floor. It’s in a pool of blood, making it a bit hard to see. You’ll also find the second Cassette Tape next to the radio behind the tub.
Achievement: Can You Feel My Heart
Earn this achievement by completing the Toxic Love mission.
Secret #1
The only secret in this mission is found in the room where you turned on the power (the hidden painting room). Look for a chair facing a painting on the wall, and interact with it to reveal a safe.
Hacking is required to access the safe, yielding valuable items and cash, earning you the Get Lucky achievement.

Proceed upstairs for the second piece of evidence, a crucifix lying on the floor. Move down the corridor to uncover another speaker behind some boxes.
In the room directly across the staircase, find a cellphone resting on the cabinet beside the bed as further evidence. The first room on the left contains another speaker beside a cabinet.
This room restricts entry until you hack the computer to delete surveillance footage. Afterward, proceed into the last room on the right to find a shotgun on the floor and a Cassette Tape next to the radio.
In the last room on this floor, locate the key to the living room on the table near the water tap.
Now equipped with the key, unlock the living room on the ground floor. Inside, a Roomba draws a pentagram; punch it to stop its antics. The next evidence piece lies within the body found in this room.
Find a recorder on the floor to the left and locate another speaker behind the cabinet on the right. Additionally, uncover one behind liquor bottles in the cat room.
Achievement: Technical Difficulties
Complete the Short Circuit mission to earn this achievement.
Secret #1
While on the first floor, look for an interactive lamp on the left wall of the corridor. Pull it to reveal a secret room at the end. Here, you’ll find cash and valuables, as well as the Another Brick in the Wall achievement.
You will also uncover a second Cassette Tape next to the radio.
Secret #2
In the living room with the satanic Roomba, check to the right for a small door next to the fridge. Crawling inside will reveal valuables and additional backstory.

Chapter 4: Italian Job

Upon entering the pizzeria, proceed to the bathroom containing the water tap. Here, you will find a gun as the first piece of evidence, along with an homage to a certain McRoyale-loving character in a stall. Fill your bucket and start cleaning the main restaurant.
Locate three pieces of evidence in the restaurant: a cellphone in the main area, a frying pan in the kitchen, and a notebook on the counter. Don’t miss the freezer key hidden in the pizza oven.
An “Unknown”key is also located in a kitchen drawer; collect it for later use. Proceed to the freezer, where you’ll find tools and a recorder on the floor as evidence.
Next, access the main office adjacent to the freezer. On the desk is a cellphone, and you’ll discover a Cassette Tape on the cabinet behind the desk. Also, review the “Family Bingo”list on the corkboard.
If you can’t find the last piece of furniture, it’s likely the globe hidden in a bin by the door. After clearing this room, you must clean outside, where Big Jim’s mess awaits.

Pick up 100 pieces of trash
To locate the first body and piece of evidence, exit through the office door to the alley next to your truck. The second body is trickier to access; you must platform across to reach Granny’s apartment.
To reach the apartment, step on the garbage bin and climb the pipes to the window. No evidence or collectibles are in this room, so focus exclusively on cleaning.

Secret #1
Before departing the alley, revisit where you found the first body. You’ll discover a couple of crates stacked against the wall in the far corner. You’ll need a ladder, which you can find in the alley if you don’t have your own.
Climb the crates and scale the wall to uncover the secret and unlock the Rock and Roll All Nite achievement. Check the speaker next to the drum set for a Cassette Tape.
Secret #2
Return to the office and inspect behind the shelves—where the boxes lie on the floor. There’s a trapdoor beneath these boxes, which you can access with the Unknown Key discovered earlier. Here, find valuables and receive the Treasure achievement.
Head downstairs to acquire a Cassette Tape next to the cabinet with the radio, positioned beside one of the poker tables.
Secret #3
On the far side of the alley where Granny’s Apartment is located, find a door beside the tap. Pass through and follow the path until you meet a blocked entrance. Break through the wooden boards to reveal the last secret of this level.

Chapter 5: Affair with Death

The first Cassette Tape for this mission is automatically added to your music collection right at the start, so don’t worry about missing the fourth one.
Before reaching the pool, veer right to discover a couple of doors leading to a workshop you can’t access yet. Move through the doors and switch the pool pump to drain it. Enter, and you’ll find the workshop key beneath the body.
After cleaning, return to the pump area and unlock the workshop. Inside, grab a recorder on the table and activate the power to access the main house.
As you enter, look right for a Cassette Tape on the TV stand featuring astronauts. Once acquired, find the first piece of evidence next to the body in the kitchen.
Descend to the basement via the kitchen door to retrieve four more pieces of evidence along with the second body. There isn’t much to clean here, so return upstairs upon completion.
Achievement: Oops!…I Did It Again
Tip the water bucket over 15 times
The next piece of evidence lies in the bedroom near the staircase. You’ll find it on a desk with a laptop, which you’ll also require to scrap the surveillance footage. Be sure to locate a Cassette Tape on the dresser beside the bed and valuables in the wardrobe.
On the first floor, turn right and find a cellphone lying in front of the bedroom door for your first evidence piece. The second is an axe located inside the bedroom, with the second Cassette Tape resting on the dresser.
Complete the upstairs cleaning before heading into the bathroom where you’ll find a key resting on the toilet.

Finish the Affair with Death mission for this achievement
Secret #1
After cleaning, descend to the first living room. On the left, find the previously locked laundry door. Use the key you found on the toilet to unlock it and gather valuable items.
Secret #2
Head outside toward the basketball court beside the swimming pool. Here, toss a ball into the net for the Basket Case achievement. Climb on the ledge next to the stairs leading out of the court, then move left into the garden.
Proceed straight until you can’t move anymore, discovering a corner stocked with valuables to claim.
Secret #3
In the basement, behind the location of the body, there are stacked boxes that can be moved to access a hidden entryway leading to another basement section. Within, find cash and trigger the “Money for Nothing” achievement.

Clean up the kitchen and bathroom areas before check in the living room for your first piece of evidence—a cellphone lying on the carpet. The second evidence piece, also a cellphone, can be found in the music room on the far side next to the bathroom.

Interact with guitars to unlock this achievement
In this area, you’ll also discover a Cassette Tape next to the keyboard desk, revealing more of Tyler’s story through a recorder.
On the dresser in the bedroom, a picture enhances your understanding of your connection to Tyler, so be sure to inspect it.

In the bathroom, locate a vent on the right wall from the kitchen; opening the vent reveals cash and valuables to take home.

Chapter 7: Party’s Over

Upon arrival, check behind you before entering the main area to find a trash bin containing a crossbow as the first piece of evidence, along with some blood to clean.
The second piece of evidence lies near the firepit, under a turned-over bench. Clean it up, reposition the bench, and pick up the phone. Next, approach the cabins requiring some parkour to unlock all buildings.
Achievement: Fight For Your Right (To Party)
Pop 30 balloons
First, inspect the right cabin for a body and the third piece of evidence. Afterward, locate a camera on a tripod next to this cabin (to the left) and head inside the first cabin for a Cassette Tape in the bathroom before heading upstairs.
Once upstairs, go left to the balcony. Spot an open window in the second cabin for an easier entrance. Inside, find evidence, bodies, and valuables.
To access the third cabin, identify an opening to the right of the fence. Traverse until you find a boarded entrance and break through to uncover the cabin. Clean up the bodies and locate the recorder on the workbench.
Upon finishing the ground floor, head outside, turn right, and negotiate around the cabin to reach a tree with climbable yellow boards that lead upstairs. Inside, you’ll find two more bodies in the last cabin.
In the living room, find two crossbow bolts (evidence) inside the body against the wall and retrieve the Cassette Tape on the TV stand. Locate a piece of furniture which may be hidden but look up at the light for visibility.
Another crossbow bolt can be found in the room next to the bathroom, with the last evidence found in the kitchen on the counter.

Secret #1
Head outside toward the third cabin and turn left before entering. Inspect the bushes to find a crouch path leading into a secret area unlocking the Single Ladies achievement.
Within this secret area, check to your left for a Cassette Tape on the bench and a letter in front of some words hanging from the hedge.
Secret #2
To find the second secret, go to the first cabin and navigate the right path. Move straight until you reach a flat board, which you can break. Following this action reveals a small room containing valuables.

Chapter 8: Modern Art

Modern Art serves as the penultimate chapter of *Crime Scene Cleaner*, incorporating plenty of tasks due to its size. To completely finish, locate misplaced art, secrets, collectibles, and perform your cleaning duties.
Upon entering this level, clean the Yellow and Red Rooms in the East Wing. Discover a Cassette Tape on a table at the far side of the Red Room, requiring parkour to clear blood on hanging furniture.
Afterwards, navigate to the West Wing, split into two sections: Music and History. Begin cleaning the Music room normally, then pass through the carpeted room linking Music and History sections.
Advance through the carpeted room to locate a door; open it to discover a stage, from where you access another door leading directly to the Music room.
There’s only one piece of evidence in the West Wing, found lodged in the body across from the Lion statue in the History section.
Head to the Central Exhibit (where you began). Upon reaching the T-Rex statue, turn left for a piece of evidence in front of a body. Clean this area, then explore the right side of the Central Exhibit to find a door exhibition.
Achievement: Money, Money, Money
Steal $50,000 (tracked throughout the game)
The North Exhibit features three sections, starting with the Duck Room. Here, discover two pieces of evidence along with two bodies. Locate a staircase at the rear to ascend and find another body hanging from the door exhibit.
Seek out a Cassette Tape in the corridor. After cleaning, shift to the opposite side of the exhibit, known as the Dark Room.
Inside the Dark Room, a Roomba causes more mess; just like in previous haunted levels, punch it to stop it. Before cleaning up, track the blood trail left by the Roomba to find another body with evidence (a shield).
Lastly, visit the room situated between the Dark Room and the Duck Room. Here, find a toy gun (evidence) and another body.
To reach the upper levels, go back to the left side of the Central Exhibit. A staircase leads to the Upper Exhibition area. Follow the path to the VIP zone, then descend to the Cafeteria. Congratulations, you’ve unlocked the entire museum!
