Mitsumune can be found at Nunobiki Falls, situated to the north of Amagasaki and northeast of Nakayama Peak in Assassin’s Creed Shadows.

Upon arriving at Nunobiki Falls, head north toward the roaring waterfall. You will discover Mitsumune kneeling and engrossed in his work. Approach him to initiate a conversation.
During your exchange, Mitsumune will assign you the task to find a stone statue.
2. Where to Locate the Stone Statue in Assassin’s Creed Shadows
The Stone Statue is located in Toneyama Post Town, positioned in Senri Hills, east of Nunobiki Falls and the Path of Valor in Assassin’s Creed Shadows.
This site is located northeast from where you found Mitsumune. Once you arrive, follow the quest marker and proceed eastward. Enter the large building stealthily through the western door, which should be wide open.
Assassinate the enemy sitting by the bonfire, then navigate southeast into a small room. Eliminate the two guards present inside and around this area.
With the area now secure, you can retrieve the stone statue by the small shrine located within this room. Take the statue back to Mitsumune to advance in your quest.
