To create an armor, all you have to do is access the Craft menu in a Shrine and choose the option to Craft Armor. From there, you will be able to view all the available armor that can be crafted based on the amount of Silk you currently possess.
However, while Will is the primary currency in the game, there are numerous methods for obtaining it. As a result, it is generally advised against trading Silk for Will, as nearly every armor in the game requires at least some Silk to be crafted.
